I cancelled an order promptly upon realizing it was in USD. Despite receiving an email confirming a refund, I haven't received it since December. I paid $[redacted].19 CAD and demand my refund promptly. I've tried to contact through email and phone calls, with no luck reaching anyone. I received an email from Nicole at FragranceX.com, dated Dec 24, [redacted], confirming the cancellation of order #[redacted]1 and a $98.74 refund. I am Jonan Hinds. I placed orders with Fragrance X for myself and my partner, Christopher McKenzie-Smith. After receiving email asking for a verification number, I explained I used my sister's card, Jana Hinds'. Despite canceling the orders, money was deducted from my account. Despite my inquiries, there has been no resolution or refund. I am still waiting for a proper response regarding my order and money.

I placed an order for three fragrances over a week ago to be delivered to Peter DeWitt at [redacted] North Butler Street, Apartment 6. However, I received a message stating that my order was "on hold" due to a discrepancy with my billing address not matching my banking information. I have already verified with my bank that all the details associated with my card and banking records match the information provided in the order. Despite responding to the messages three times with variations of my address like [redacted] North Butler St. Apt 6 or [redacted] N Butler St. #6, I am still receiving notifications about the delay. I am puzzled as to why there is still a mismatch with the information provided.

I have diligently followed up via email, only to receive delayed and unsatisfactory replies, necessitating multiple phone calls to seek assistance. Per the Consumer Rights Act [redacted], in cases of lost or damaged parcels, it is the responsibility of the retailer to address the issue and resolve the matter. As my purchase remains undelivered, I request a full refund in adherence to my consumer rights. Moreover, my previous request to escalate this matter to a manager remains unaddressed, further adding to my dissatisfaction with the customer service provided. I am still waiting on two orders and I need the tracking numbers as I don't have the order numbers anymore. The tracking number for the first one is [redacted]46 and the second one is [redacted]-[redacted]. The first package seems to be stuck in New York, and it was supposed to arrive on the 4th. The second one is at least in transit, but I would like to know when it will arrive. I have been waiting at home for FedEx, and they failed to deliver on the promised date. Can anyone provide an update on the status of these shipments, especially the one that's still in New York?

I paid £57.68 for my order with free postage for spending over £50. Unfortunately, it never arrived. I asked my neighbor to receive it as they are always home but the delivery was not attempted, and I did not receive a notification. I have been refunded £46.65, which is £11.02 less than what I paid. This was meant for my son's birthday on March 26, and I needed all the money back as I had given it to you. It's unfair to deduct that amount when it was not my fault that my instructions were not followed. Please get in touch with me urgently as there are only 5 days left until my son's birthday.

However, I have not received any notification regarding the billing address change, and money keeps being deducted from my account.
