Hello, I am reaching out regarding my Flipkart account. I registered with the email address [redacted] and the phone number [redacted] years ago. Unfortunately, the phone number is now assigned to a different person, and I can no longer access it. As a result, I am unable to log in to my account without the OTP sent to my old number. I kindly request to update my mobile number to [redacted] on your end, removing any previous association with this number if necessary. This will enable me to continue using Flipkart without creating a new account, as I value the benefits of plus membership, pay later options, supercoins, and free delivery. Dear Sir, I recently purchased five adenium flower plants from Flipcart that were delivered to my address on April 17, [redacted]. The order ID is OD[redacted][redacted]00. Unfortunately, I am disappointed to report that all the plants I received are of a common pink variety, whereas the advertisement on Flipcart showcased different varieties such as Edensfield Adenium, Aglogardening Adenium, Sabistar, and Entalco Adenium with various colors. I have photographic evidence of the advertised plants for comparison. I am issuing a formal notice, giving the company 7 days to replace the plants with the ones depicted in the advertisement, showcasing the actual colors as promised. I have nurtured these plants for over 4 months, expecting them to bloom as advertised. I demand damages of Rs. 50,[redacted] for the distress, financial loss, and deceitful practices. I have been trying to reach Flipkart for several days but have not received any resolution. All I have been given are deadlines for a solution, with no further information. I had ordered a pair of shoes using my account, but when I received them, they were completely different than what I ordered. I promptly requested a return, providing all necessary details and images of the product, including the invoice and photos. However, the next day when I tried to access my account, it was blocked. I am a frequent customer of Flipkart. I recently bought a Samsung mobile through your platform with the order number OD[redacted][redacted]0. Initially, the item was delivered on August 24th and was returned on August 31st due to a hanging problem. I raised a return request available on your website, and I have attached a screenshot for your reference. After several conversations with your representatives, I was informed that the item would be returned after a technician's visit. However, after the technician's visit, the item was only replaced, not returned. The new mobile I received also has a heating problem, so I raised a new return request and am requesting a refund since I cannot wait for the same item again. I am facing difficulties as no one seems to take interest in this matter. Your representatives call me, but the calls get dropped intentionally. Hello, I kindly request assistance with my issue. I have trust in Flipkart as a reliable app. My Flipkart account number is [redacted]. I placed an order for a redmi 10 in the color carribian green with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. I'm requesting an exchange with my old product, a poco M2. The delivery personnel used the Yaantra Diagnostics app to check my old phone, and after all tests passed, a 3-digit code was displayed on my phone. However, the delivery person noted it down incorrectly in their company app, signaling an error. I urgently need this resolved by tomorrow as my phone has been thoroughly checked by your digital team and the delivery person's phone as well. Thank you.

I ordered a pair of shoes for ₹13,[redacted] on Flipkart. When the shoes arrived on September 9th, I noticed they were the same model and brand but a different color from what I had ordered. After contacting Flipkart's customer service, they mentioned there was an error in processing the return but assured me the matter would be resolved by September 12th. Despite my requests to reduce the price and accept the device, the delivery person insisted on full payment or leaving. On the same day, I raised another return request, but as of today, September 29, the item has not been picked up yet. Additionally, I have a return request from September 26, with the pickup deadline supposed to be September 30, but it has not been collected either. The pattern suggests potential cancellations. Despite multiple attempts to seek help from Flipkart support, no resolution has been provided. There's also an issue with an order delivery. The parcel reached the nearest location but wasn't dispatched for delivery. I missed a call from the delivery executive requesting an OTP, resulting in the delivery not being completed and being subsequently canceled without notice. When I reached out to the support team, they were unable to assist. I reordered the same item at a higher price without any error on my part, yet Flipkart hasn't acknowledged this issue with communication or compensation for the inconvenience.

I expressed my dissatisfaction, but to my surprise, a rejection email for the return request was received. I have now initiated another return request, and a technician is scheduled to visit on 1st October, which seems to be causing further delays. I am unavailable from 3rd to 6th October, and I urge for the item to be taken back on 1st or 2nd October. Hello, I had ordered Joy Cocoa Rich Intense moisturizer from Flipkart. When I received the courier, there was no moisturizer inside, instead, there was a bottle of rose water. I have requested a refund. The courier boy from ekart logistics came to pick up the order, and initially refused to take it back. After some insistence, he took it but mentioned he would not accept it. Despite him taking the courier back, I have not received a refund yet. This is not the right way to handle things. I order frequently, and this is the first time such an incident has occurred. Even the behavior of the courier boy was not good. Please help me get my refund or send me the joy moisturizer.

Today, a delivery person came to my house with a package, but the order status indicated delivery on the 10th of October. Unfortunately, I wasn't home at the time. However, I found the delivery person's behavior unacceptable as they spoke rudely to me over the phone. The delivery person's name is Machhi from the Lunawada branch in the Mahisagar district of Gujarat. His contact number is +[redacted]35. I believe some action should be taken against him to avoid similar incidents in the future and ensure the safety and wellbeing of customers.

I ordered a grinder mixer on 23/09/[redacted] with a delivery date of 03/10/[redacted]. However, I received a message saying there would be a delay until 09/10/[redacted].
