Subject: Assistance Needed for Returning T-shirts Ordered Through Flipkart I received two T-shirts on January 31st, supposedly shared with me by Flipkart (Order Nos OD [redacted][redacted]0 & OD [redacted][redacted]0). My staff paid Rs. [redacted] for them as I was not present during the delivery, but I did not place this order. I have been trying to contact Flipkart for the past three days to return the items, but their website's return links and chat box are not functional, and I couldn't find a customer grievance email. It is frustrating that there is no clear way to indicate my desire to return these items. I am looking for guidance on whom to contact, a working email address, and a contact person's details. The helpline number ([redacted]8) was unable to resolve my issue. After providing all my address and bank details, Flipkart informed me that the order was made from a number ending in [redacted], and an OTP will be sent to that number for the return process to proceed. Unfortunately, I do not know who owns that number or how to share the OTP. Could you please provide me with the contact details of the individual whose number ends in [redacted] so that I can return these items and receive a refund? Thank you.

I received the incorrect product from Flipkart, so I requested a return. Within 2 days, the delivery person, Satish S, successfully picked up the product, and I received my refund. Later that day, Satish S unexpectedly returned with the product and asked for the refunded amount. Despite this surprising situation, I paid him via Paytm to avoid any conflict. The next day, I reported the incident to Flipkart and provided all relevant details, including the Paytm transaction screenshot. It has now been 5 days, and I am still awaiting a resolution. Customer service representatives, including senior support Khsitij Patel and Roma, have been unable to resolve the issue, and I continue to be given a 48-hour timeframe for a solution. The communication has been challenging, with calls being disconnected, and there seems to be a lack of understanding among the staff to address the matter effectively.

Unfortunately, upon unpacking the phone, I discovered a display issue where the screen flickers and displays are unclear. I am reaching out about my Flipkart order with the ID - OD[redacted][redacted]0. I ordered 1500g of tilpatti, but I received a 500g packet instead. I contacted the help center on February 8th and provided a picture of the incorrect product, but no actions were taken. Today, on February 14th, I contacted the help center again and spoke with customer service, but they could not provide a solution and advised me to email Flipkart outreach. I placed an order for a Milton product on February 9th, [redacted], with order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0. I received the product on February 11th, but it was not what I had ordered. I initiated the return on the same day, with the website indicating that the pickup would be scheduled for February 14th. Despite receiving messages about the pickup between February 14th and February 18th, nobody from the pickup team showed up or contacted me. On February 18th, when another product was being delivered, the delivery person inquired about the pickup. However, he refused to take the return stating he couldn't carry it on his bike and was rude about it. I have attempted to reach out to Flipkart customer service over 25 times, but each time the call gets disconnected without any solutions. They have not resolved my issue nor initiated a refund. I feel they are just giving me false reassurances with random dates.

I am writing to address an issue I experienced with Flipkart. I purchased a product on February 7, [redacted], and received it on February 12, [redacted]. However, the product was not as expected. When I tried to return it on February 15, the person sent to collect it was rude and refused, claiming the pictures didn't match. After contacting the call center, I was advised to resubmit the return request. Eventually, on February 20, a courier arrived but indicated the package was too large to handle and deferred the pickup. This experience has left me very dissatisfied with Flipkart's service. I hope this matter will be addressed promptly.

I am reaching out regarding a recent purchase from Flipkart. I ordered the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 for INR 14,[redacted] on 5th Feb, with full payment made. However, upon opening the box on delivery on 12th Feb at 10:58 via OTP Confirmation, I was shocked to find the product missing and instead found pieces of soap. I promptly contacted customer support at 11 am to report the issue and have been in constant communication with them since. Despite providing all requested documents and images, my refund request was rejected. The manager assured me my payment would be refunded by 24th Feb, but I have yet to receive any confirmation from Flipkart. I am disheartened by this experience as a loyal customer and expect a resolution soon, or I will have to consider further action. Hello, I'm Ruchi. I'd like to discuss my recent experience with a product purchase from Flipkart. In December, I ordered a white iron box, but received an orange one instead. After two replacement attempts, I decided to return the product and received a refund. In January [redacted], I ordered the same iron box in white again, but once more received the orange color. Despite expressing my concern to Flipkart, I received the wrong color for the fourth time. I now seek compensation for the inconvenience and time wasted due to these repeated errors. Despite numerous emails and follow-ups, I have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution from Flipkart. I am disappointed with their service and am now struggling to resolve this issue, as they claim the return policy period has passed. I am eager to return the product and request a refund as a solution to this ongoing problem.

Hello, I have not yet received a solution to my complaint. I am considering filing a complaint with the police and taking legal action against your company. I ordered a Samsung Z Flip3 mobile from Flipkart, but I received a different brand of a lower price. This situation seems like a case of fraud. The box contained the invoice for the correct mobile I ordered, including the IMEI number [redacted][redacted]. Despite multiple complaints, my issue remains unresolved. Additionally, my Flipkart account was blocked after I reported the problem, which I see as another form of deceit. Please refund my payment or be prepared for further action. M.P.

Dear Sir, my product is missing and we lodged a complaint the same day. We have been in touch with customer service 3 to 4 times daily, and they informed us that there is an issue with the name. Both Nishant Prajapati and Nishant Kumar are the same person. Nishant Prajapati is my nickname, known by this name to ensure smooth delivery. If you are unwilling to refund the money, please let us know instead of creating unnecessary issues. If my problem is not resolved, I will take legal action. I am feeling very distressed as I purchased this product with 15 days' salary. Kindly ensure my concern is resolved by 1st March as per the first complaint date. Please do not push me towards drastic measures.

Recently, on 9/2/22, I placed an order for a Vivo V21e mobile through Flipkart, using a credit card for payment. Subsequently, my EA contacted customer care to update the billing and GST details, as the purchase was intended for office use under our company name. An attached recording of the call contains this information for your verification. Upon receiving the product on 22/2/22, I noticed that the invoice did not include our GST number, hindering our ability to claim input credit. Had your customer care representative stated on 10/2/22 that a GST invoice could not be provided, I would have canceled the order promptly. Regrettably, this oversight has resulted in a double loss, as the product is priced higher on Flipkart compared to the market rate, and we are unable to claim GST credit. I recently purchased a refurbished phone from Flipkart and have been encountering multiple issues with it. The phone has a battery drainage problem and makes noises when recording videos. Despite requesting seven times to return the product due to these issues, Flipkart has denied my requests each time. I am very disappointed with their customer care service as they seemed unhelpful and disconnected my calls after putting me on hold several times. I am a loyal Flipkart user but this experience has left me frustrated. Today, on the 24th of February, my phone overheated so much while charging that my charger plug turned brown. I am extremely dissatisfied with the seller, customer service, and Flipkart itself. Despite being assured that my issues would be resolved by the 26th of February, the problems persist today on the 28th of February. I feel like my concerns are not being taken seriously and I have to contact customer care daily without any resolution. I belong to a middle-class family, and it's important to me that this defective product is returned, and I receive a refund promptly.

I purchased a Reebok Jacket from Flipkart, but it was too big, so I initiated a return through the Flipkart app. The delivery person who came for the return noted that there was no MRP tag on the item. After contacting customer care multiple times, the issue was not resolved as the tag was still missing on subsequent return attempts. Despite facing challenges with the return process, I persistently tried to get the product returned. Eventually, the return was accepted, only to receive a message later stating that the pick-up was rejected, and the return was canceled on the Flipkart app. I would like to return the product, but I have been unable to provide the MRP tag. I am reaching out to Flipkart to help facilitate the return of my order without the MRP tag.

I had ordered a copper water filter which arrived damaged during installation. I contacted customer care who mentioned that they cannot do a return or replacement, but they will compensate the market value in my Flipkart account. They said they haven't received the delivery confirmation yet. I called the next day and was told to wait 24 to 48 hours. Following up on the 13th, I didn't receive a satisfactory response. Flipkart marked my issue as resolved. After calling again, they assured me my problem would be resolved by the 16th. Today on the 14th, I received another call asking me to wait another 24 to 48 hours for an update from their concern department. I am quite worried about all this, please help me. Hello, I made a purchase for Rs [redacted]/- with discounts on February 26, [redacted], expecting it to arrive by March 11, [redacted]. Unfortunately, Flipkart failed to deliver the product on time. Following their delay, they advised me to cancel and repurchase the item at a higher price due to changes in discounts by the seller. Their proposed compensation was just Rs [redacted]/-, which I found inadequate given the inconvenience caused. Furthermore, Flipkart's customer service representatives have been unprofessional, resorting to disrespectful behavior when I raised my concerns. Despite multiple attempts to communicate with them, I am met with silence or abrupt disconnections during callback requests. I'm a Flipkart Plus member and I have been informed by a customer care representative that my order, with Order ID [redacted], was supposed to be delivered yesterday. However, as of today, it has not even been shipped. I am seeking a prompt and prioritized solution to this matter. I request immediate shipping for the phone so that I can receive it within 1 or 2 days. I have lodged a complaint with Incident ID: IN[redacted][redacted]. Despite assurances from your customer care team that the back-end team would address the delivery issue within 24 hours, I have not received any updates. I received my order (OD[redacted][redacted]0) on February 20th, but it was a different brand than what I ordered. I requested a refund, but it has been pending for two days. The seller rejected my refund request twice. After contacting customer service, they advised me to go for a replacement. The product pickup was scheduled for March 3rd, but the delivery executive refused, claiming they weren't informed about collecting different brand products. Although customer care rescheduled the pickup for March 8th, the delivery executive refused again. Subsequently, I was informed that a refund request was created, and I was assured the refund would be processed by March 12th. Strangely, on March 11th, my account was blocked, and I am unable to log in. I am eager to receive my refund.
