Hello, Today when attempting to visit my Facebook page, I received a message stating "For security reasons Your Account is Temporarily Locked." This has occurred numerous times in the past when Facebook sends a code to my phone for confirmation. However, this time they are asking me to identify which 4 out of 10 comments from the past 3 months were mine. I clicked an option to choose a different way to confirm my identity but lost internet connection in the process. Upon reconnecting after 20 minutes, I received the message "Identity Not Confirmed. We currently can't verify your identity." Can I receive a confirmation code from Facebook as I did previously? My old email, [redacted], was hacked long ago, so I now use a different one. I tried to update my email in account settings before, but it requires a message to be sent to my old email, which I no longer have access to, making my phone number my only option.
