Hello, Today when attempting to visit my Facebook page, I received a message stating "For security reasons Your Account is Temporarily Locked." This has occurred numerous times in the past when Facebook sends a code to my phone for confirmation. However, this time they are asking me to identify which 4 out of 10 comments from the past 3 months were mine. I clicked an option to choose a different way to confirm my identity but lost internet connection in the process. Upon reconnecting after 20 minutes, I received the message "Identity Not Confirmed. We currently can't verify your identity." Can I receive a confirmation code from Facebook as I did previously? My old email, [redacted], was hacked long ago, so I now use a different one. I tried to update my email in account settings before, but it requires a message to be sent to my old email, which I no longer have access to, making my phone number my only option. Please assist me with this matter. Best regards, Arash

My account was disabled even though I haven't violated any policies. I haven't threatened, harassed, or spammed anyone. I appealed this through the Facebook help center days ago, but no one has followed up with me. I provided a copy of my driver's license and a photo of myself as requested by Facebook, but still no response. It's frustrating because I haven't done anything wrong to deserve this. I also realized I had another account linked to my personal one that may have been hacked. This account, Autologic Autos, was inactive all year but suddenly had daily visitors in the weeks leading to my account being disabled. I think that's where the issue lies, but I'm having trouble explaining this to Facebook.

I am dealing with a distressing situation where a page was created to mock me and my friends, leading me to feel extremely vulnerable. The individuals behind this, Evie the Organizer and Ashley Wooten, are using fake names which adds to the challenge. Despite hearing that Facebook might block IP addresses, it hasn't occurred yet. I urgently need a resolution before things escalate further. The page is spreading harmful rumors, including labeling my friend as a predator, which is impacting our work. The continuous online harassment is taking a toll on my mental health, and it's overwhelming to report multiple posts daily. My friend is seeking legal advice, but I am struggling to cope due to my depression and bipolar disorder. Please assist me promptly.

**Complaint to Mark Zuckerberg - Facebook Block Issue** To: Mr. Mark Zuckerberg CEO of Facebook 1 Hacker Way Menlo Park, CA [redacted] Dear Mr. Zuckerberg, I recently received a 30-day Block from Facebook due to a comment I posted on The Onion, a comedy news site known for accepting humorous responses. My comment, meant sarcastically, was made in response to a person agreeing with an article. I used the term "White Trash" in jest, a phrase commonly used in the Southern United States and even found in publications like "The White Trash Cookbook" without being flagged as inappropriate. While I have received previous Blocks from Facebook, I acknowledge and regret them. However, this recent Block on October 23, [redacted] seems to be a result of the algorithm misinterpreting the context. It is essential for Facebook to consider the context when enforcing such restrictions, especially on a platform known for its use of strong language and humor like The Onion. I believe that comedic expression should be allowed the freedom to comment on societal norms without facing undue censorship. I request Facebook to review this Block and consider the broader context of my comment. Best regards, James M.

I am having trouble logging into my Facebook account. A message appears stating that my account has been locked due to a possible unauthorized login. It asks me to verify my identity and change my password to unlock it. When I attempt to follow the steps, I am directed to log in from a known device, but the login is not approved. The alternative is to confirm identity by sending legal identification, which is an issue as my account is not registered under my legal name for privacy reasons. I am unsure how to proceed.

I've been using my personal page with you all since [redacted]. I recently tried to set up a separate Facebook music page called Kulcha Szn to promote my music. I didn't realize using a different name was against the rules. Kulcha Szn is not on my ID, but it's my daily and stage name as an up and coming artist. It's crucial for my career growth. After blocking people who sent me inappropriate messages, I suspect one of them reported my page for the name. I want to keep using Kulcha Szn for my music page. I'm willing to prove my real name privately but don't want it linked publicly. How do I get my music page reinstated?

I enjoy sharing memes from my newsfeed. Many of them receive multiple likes and shares. However, I recently shared one that resulted in a 30-day suspension for what was labeled as hate speech. Following that, I shared a meme related to the holocaust, which was merely a re-enactment screenshot, and I got suspended for 7 days this time for graphic nudity. Tonight, after returning from that suspension, I shared about 10 memes I found in my newsfeed and once again was suspended for 30 days for apparently spreading hate speech. I am confused about how sharing something already present on my newsfeed is considered hate speech. Why does it get labeled as such when others post it first? I am puzzled as to whether I need to compose an entirely new text on the topic of hate. It feels like a bait-and-trap situation. Last summer, this trend of Facebook targeting me began, resulting in several wrongful suspensions that were later reversed but left me questioning whether stating factual information is now deemed hate speech.

Hello Gareth, I received a message from Facebook stating that there was an issue processing the payment for your ad account, which resulted in your ads being paused. To resolve this and continue using Facebook Ads, please update your payment information using the provided link. I have been consistently running campaigns throughout the year, and I can confirm that there have been no issues with the payment details I provided. Just yesterday, I successfully used the card and checked my account with no problems. Although my ad campaign has ended, I received a £21 bill via email. I do not plan to start any new ads at the moment. I attempted to add a new card as well, even though the existing one is functioning, but the system froze during the process. I am feeling a bit perplexed about what steps to take next.

My Facebook account, Pushpendra Singh Achara, was hacked on 30.09.[redacted], and now it's being used by someone with the name Oliver Feng. All my photos have been removed, but my friend list remains intact. A new profile picture of a man aged around 45 to 50 with eyeglasses has been uploaded. Despite multiple attempts, I am unable to log in to my account. I created a new account named Rajendra Singh with the same phone number, but I have since deactivated it in hopes of recovering my old account under the name Pushpendra Singh Achara. The Facebook ID was created using the mobile number [redacted]. I am from India with the country code +91. Kindly investigate and resolve this matter promptly. I haven't used my Facebook account in about 8 months. When I logged in recently, I discovered that my account had been hacked. Numerous people had posted on my wall warning that messages marked "is this you" were sent from my account. I quickly apologized for the inconvenience caused. Additionally, I've been receiving emails addressed to a Samantha Harris from Facebook, which seemed odd. Yesterday, I was locked out of my account and asked to provide a security code via text. Unfortunately, the phone number associated with my account is outdated. I attempted to log in using my email address and was shocked to find myself in Samantha Harris's account instead. This account had no friends or pictures except for a puzzling post mentioning someone named Lori Lay. This situation has left me feeling uneasy, and I am seeking assistance to regain control of my own Facebook account. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I need assistance with unblocking my website URL www.broosis.com on Facebook. Despite my page being active, I am unable to share the link with customers via messenger. The URL has been blocked for over two weeks now. I've been a long-time user of Facebook and this issue is unprecedented for me. I have ongoing campaigns that are affected as I can't promote my website. I have been requesting a review of my page to resolve this matter. Your help in unblocking the URL would be greatly appreciated as it is not considered spam. Thank you.

Hello, I recently discovered that my old Facebook account, which was filled with precious photos of my children, has been hacked and taken over by someone named Mohammad Othman. Although this individual has removed some of the albums, I was able to have a friend screenshot my baby albums for me. Unfortunately, not all the albums were saved. Is there any way to recover these albums? The pictures are incredibly important to me, as I don't have any other copies of my children's baby photos. I used Facebook as a way to cherish memories and it would mean a lot to me to have these albums back. While I plan to report this issue, my priority is retrieving my baby albums. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Natalie B.

After receiving a notification from Facebook about a sign-in from a Macbook, I reported it wasn't me and now find myself locked out of my account. I attempted the three methods provided to regain access: using another device I typically log in with, confirming comments I made, and entering a code sent to my email, all unsuccessful. It seems I may have been hacked because prior to this, a friend shared a suspicious link. Despite verifying my identity with a copy of my driver's license, Facebook maintains my account is not deactivated. I am requesting assistance in recovering my account under my legal name and age. Your prompt help is greatly appreciated.

I mistakenly shared my email and password with someone pretending to send money, resulting in my account being hacked. The hacker changed my password and email, making it impossible for me to access my Facebook account. They have been sending misleading messages to my friends, possibly including inappropriate images using my profile and cover photos. I urgently need help deactivating my old unused account or recovering my current one to inform my friends about the situation. Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly as the hacker continues to impersonate me and spread messages through my account. Your help is greatly appreciated.

My account got disabled by a hacker/scammer who was impersonating a friend. They were going around trying to deceive people by promising free grants from Donald Trump, but asking for $[redacted] in credit cards to unlock the alleged grant. I warned others on my Facebook page about the impersonation, and then my account got disabled. I submitted my ID and a photo of my profile, but my family and friends can't even see my profile anymore. I expected Facebook to contact me before disabling my account and not let others decide on my account status. Scammers and hackers are getting away with a lot these days.

I am reaching out because my Facebook account has been locked, and I am struggling to regain access. I have been residing in China for the past year, which led to my account being locked since I haven't used it during this time. When attempting to log in, I am prompted to get a code from three friends on Facebook. Unfortunately, I have lost touch with these friends and lack any means to contact them. I am hopeful there are alternative methods available to verify my identity and regain access to my account.

I believe that my Facebook account has been compromised. I am facing significant challenges due to this. The hacker has modified the email address on the account and deleted the phone number that was associated with it. Additionally, they have added unfamiliar individuals to my list of trusted contacts, making it impossible for me to recover the account through this method. I am willing to provide the necessary governmental identification documents to Facebook to verify my identity. I kindly request that my previous email address, [redacted], be reinstated as the registered email on my Facebook account. Your assistance in recovering my account would be greatly appreciated. The following details are provided for your reference: Previous Email Address: [redacted] Username: Kamrun Nahar Phone Number: [redacted][redacted] Trusted Contact: Prachi Saha I possess a national ID card and a passport, which can be submitted upon request. I am hopeful that this matter can be resolved promptly.

I recently changed my Facebook password and noticed there were three devices logged into my account from different states, which were not mine. After choosing to log out of all other devices and then trying to verify my account using the photo verification option, I encountered issues. Despite answering correctly, I received a message stating my account was not verified. I attempted the other verification methods with the same result. This has left me locked out of my Facebook account, which I have had for over 10 years. One additional detail is that my Facebook name is Tara Shirey while my driver's license displays Tara Perry. Shirey is my maiden name, and Perry is my married name, which I have kept after my divorce due to my children. I prefer to use Shirey on Facebook. I am unsure about the next steps to regain access to my account.

I recently informed Facebook about my hacked account and fraudulent activity, but despite not receiving a six-digit code, I haven't had any luck resolving the issue. I reached out to Mr. Zuckerberg to highlight the system's flaws and the misuse by fraudsters, but received no response. In my communication, I mentioned that over [redacted],[redacted] customers were facing similar problems. This lack of accountability is concerning, as even Congress is raising questions about Facebook's trustworthiness. It appears the CEO has limited control over the company. I have decided to permanently close my Facebook account.
