Our family established Falmouth House of Pizza in Falmouth, Maine 42 years ago. Unfortunately, my brother, who was managing the business, collaborated with the plaza landlord to evict us and opened his own pizzeria, FORESIDE House of Pizza, in the same spot. He has taken over our original Falmouth House of Pizza Facebook page, rebranded it as Foreside House of Pizza, and retained all our reviews and customers from as far back as [redacted]. We intend to relaunch Falmouth House of Pizza at a new location and would like to transfer our Facebook page, but we are unable to do so because he has linked the business page to his personal account. This means he not only seized control of our page but also changed its name. How can we regain access to our Facebook page?

I had a troubling experience with a Facebook monitor that led to me being restricted on the platform for 30 days. I attempted to report a comment I found offensive, but encountered difficulties. Despite my efforts to share the news article along with the comment to raise awareness, I was only able to post the comment on my page. When I tried to delete the comment, I was unable to do so, and this led to my account being restricted. I hope to resolve this issue and regain full access to my Facebook account.

I made a mistake with one of the ad campaign budgets. The default daily budget was set to $[redacted], which I find excessive. Missing this detail resulted in going over budget by $[redacted] due to charges while I was away for the weekend. This oversight did not yield the expected outcome. Typically, the ad accounts I handle have daily budgets under $10. This incident has had a significant financial impact on my company and has put my job at risk. I am disappointed by what seems like a predatory practice, especially given the substantial amount my particular ad account has spent on advertising with them. I have considered reaching out to the Better Business Bureau, but I'm hopeful to find a resolution here.

I made a purchase on 2/25/19 from a company I found on Facebook. There were two charges made at the same time; one for $4.95 to Flowfitnutra and the other for $4.99 to Flowfitcream. Unexpectedly, on 3/12/19, my bank account was charged $89.92 and $94.95. I never received any products for these charges. The bank refunded $89.92 but couldn't refund $94.95. When I contacted the company, they rudely informed me that since the bank gave me back the money, I shouldn't call them again. The bank suspected it was a scam and advised me to inform others. I wanted to share my experience here for others to be cautious.

I have been a loyal Facebook user for approximately 12 years. After being incarcerated for nearly three years, I discovered that my main Facebook account had been disabled for allegedly violating community standards. This has been devastating for me as Facebook has been a significant part of my daily routine for connecting with friends and family. My account contains irreplaceable photos and memories that I have collected over the years and has also connected me with many friends who are like family. I am shocked and saddened by this suspension as I have never knowingly breached any rules on the platform and have had no prior issues with Facebook. I created a new account upon losing access to my original one, but this too was disabled for "suspicious activity" after submitting all requested identification documents. I have tried other new accounts, all of which have been promptly disabled by Facebook. I am reaching out for assistance and hope for a chance to regain access to my original account. Your attention and understanding in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, S.K. Ingram

I assisted my father in setting up his Facebook profile under the name Robert Schuesser in Wisconsin. Everything was going smoothly until I helped him create a business page for our family farm called Schuessler Homestead. He wanted me, his daughter, to be an admin as well due to his limited tech skills. As I was about to make myself an admin, I discovered that his profile had been disabled. Despite using his real name and hardly posting, his account was disabled within a week for reasons unknown to us. Consequently, we are unable to access our farm's business page to promote it since he is the sole admin. We kindly request the reactivation of his account so we can regain access to Facebook and manage our farm's business page. Thank you. Sincerely, Erin S.

I encountered issues on Facebook when trying to report a hate speech comment posted by a Muslim individual. Despite my attempts, I faced technical difficulties and was unable to report it. When I pasted the comment on my page to highlight the issue, the monitor prevented me from deleting it, resulting in a 30-day ban being imposed on my account. The comment contained extremist views and threats towards Jews and Christians. I support Israel and find this behavior unacceptable. I have saved evidence and screenshots and plan to take legal action against the monitor's interference with my account. I request the ban to be lifted, the monitor to be reprimanded, and for my Facebook page to be reinstated. I believe the discriminatory actions by the monitor need to be addressed promptly.

I have two Facebook accounts. The main one received a one-week ban for a mildly offensive comment in a private group, which was set to expire today. During the ban, I used my second account and made sure not to post anything offensive. However, this morning, I found myself unable to log into either account. I am attempting to recover my primary account, but both seem to have disappeared from Facebook. Upon logging in, I am asked to verify that I am not a robot, but after doing so, I receive a message asking me to try again later. I have attempted to reset the password via email and phone number, requested codes from my three designated friends, and submitted a ban appeal form, only to be told my account has not been disabled.

I accidentally uploaded pictures of my 4-year-old son without a shirt on, showing his nipples. Due to his long hair, he may appear like a girl, but he is a boy. Facebook suspended my account for 7 days due to concerns about the images being sexual in nature, which was not my intention. The previous dark photos might have contributed to this misunderstanding. Shortly after, more photos were shared by my son's grandmother (as I and his father are separated), again featuring him topless but in better lighting. I believe a manual review of the context would show no violation of standards. I uploaded a total of 40 images, leading to a 1-month suspension and eventual disabling of my account. My plea is to have my account reinstated as it holds precious memories, including pictures from my children's births. I assure you that I will not repeat this mistake regarding topless photos. My account is a decade old, encompassing 10 years of my life, and I appeal to Facebook to reconsider and reactivate it.

I have linked my business Instagram to my Facebook Business account, and the system confirms this connection in the backend. But upon reviewing the data, it appears that there is no actual connection, and no information is being recorded. I am seeking assistance from support to identify the issue, troubleshoot it, and verify that the connection functions correctly. It is crucial for our business operations to receive the data from both accounts.

About a year ago, my Facebook account got hacked. Although I wasn't active at the time, I changed my password. Now that I want to use it again, I'm struggling to recover it. Every time I try to log in, I end up on a recovery screen prompting me to enter a 6-digit code sent to my old phone number, which I no longer have access to. Contacting the current owner yielded no results. Despite my efforts on the support website, my account remains locked and hidden. I've exhausted all recovery options available. For reference, my name is Spencer Scott Jarvis, residing in Provo, Utah. Reach me at [redacted] Thank you for any assistance.

Hello, I was wondering if it would be possible for one of your online staff to contact me. My name is Stacey Cauley, and I am using my husband's account to send this message with his permission. My personal account, Stacey Cauley X Will Cauley, was hacked today. The hacker seems to be trying to delete everything, as I cannot access my page or messenger. I did not receive any email notifications about the password change due to suspicious activity on my account. When I tried to log in, I encountered various issues and attempts to recover my account have been unsuccessful. Despite reporting the hacking and trying to change my password twice, I could not regain access. I am concerned about the lack of communication from Facebook regarding these security breaches. I urgently need assistance as there are pictures of my two children on my account that I do not want to fall into the wrong hands. Your swift attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated as I need my page back up and running safely.

I have been receiving inappropriate and offensive messages for a year now from various fake accounts after my grandmother, Grace, passed away. Despite reporting these messages continuously, no action has been taken. This harassment has prevented me from properly grieving. The latest message I received was on May 3rd, which happened to be her birthday. I am frustrated with Facebook for not addressing this issue effectively and want it to stop immediately.

I recently conducted a fundraiser on Facebook for a hospice organization in memory of my father, and unfortunately, I encountered a significant problem that needs to be addressed. The money raised through the campaign was sent to the organization by a third party in one lump sum, which led to confusion as the hospice group was unaware of the origin or purpose of the donation. The contributors' names were not listed, making it difficult for credit to be given to those who donated in honor of loved ones. This lack of transparency and recognition is concerning. I urge the platform to rectify this issue to ensure proper acknowledgment of contributions and their intended dedications. I am disappointed by this experience and will not be using this fundraising tool in the future. I intend to inform others about this issue to prevent similar problems. It is also crucial to verify that the correct amount of money was transferred to the organization.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Facebook account under the name Dyuti Mukherjee with the email [redacted] Upon attempting to log in, I am prompted to complete an "I'm not a robot" verification, which I click but encounter a 'request could not be processed' message upon pressing 'continue'. This has repeated itself with no success despite multiple attempts. Previously, I considered creating a new Facebook account under the same name but different email ([redacted]) to transition my contacts and eventually delete the old account. However, I abandoned this idea and left the new account inactive unintentionally. Strangely, I can access the new account but not my original account used since [redacted]. I would appreciate any guidance on resolving this issue and regaining access to my main account.

I found a number on Facebook and called for help with a hacked account to retrieve my pictures. They asked me to buy Google Play cards, initially one for $[redacted], then two for $[redacted] each. After issues redeeming the codes, they requested another card for $[redacted], then $[redacted], claiming they were refunding me. Later, they said I owed $[redacted] for a "late fee." Refusing to pay more, I now have $[redacted] on Google Play cards with no refund. I provided my driver's license to FB a month ago after losing everything in a wildfire. I just want my precious pictures back, but FB hasn't responded. Being scammed for $[redacted] after losing everything is heartbreaking.

Hello, my name is Venessa Flores. I am a transgender individual who has not legally changed my name yet. I signed up for a Facebook account using an email address that I no longer have access to. I have tried to recover the email, but it is locked, which has resulted in my Facebook account being inaccessible. I am unable to prove my identity as Venessa Flores since my government ID displays my birth name, but I can verify myself through my photos and various documents such as doctor papers and graduation certificates under the name Venessa Flores. I have forgotten the latest password I set, but I remember the previous one that I used for about two years. Can someone please assist me in resolving this issue? The email linked to my account is [redacted], the email I can no longer access.

During the Facebook security breach, I discovered a strange occurrence on the platform. When searching for my name, I found a profile with my name and profile picture, but it only leads to a blank page with no friends or content. Despite searching extensively on the Facebook Help Center, I couldn't find a solution to this issue. People continue to send messages to this empty account, causing confusion. I suspect my actual Facebook account might be compromised or inaccessible. Given the recent security incidents on Facebook, I am frustrated with the lack of support to address this situation. I hope Facebook can assist me in recovering my account and resolving the confusion caused by this duplicate profile.

I have been experiencing an issue for several years now where my account password keeps getting changed within 3-9 months, making it impossible for me to access my account. This problem has been especially detrimental to my business as I can no longer schedule appointments through the Facebook page app, respond to customer messages, or share action shots of the dogs I walk. Despite encountering this issue in the past, I am determined not to create a new account this time. My current account is registered under the name Julian Davis with the email address [redacted], which has also been changed and I am unable to recover it. My phone number is [redacted]. In a final attempt to resolve this, I am reaching out for assistance. I can provide any necessary photos or documents to prove ownership of the account. My new email addresses are [redacted] and [redacted], while my phone number remains the same.
