I am reaching out from ComSource regarding an issue with our Facebook account. Our administrator, S. Patrick, originally set up the account using her company email. I am the new admin and received the email through redirection. I attempted to reset the password but encountered an error while verifying my identity. Access to this account is crucial for our rebranding efforts; without it, we are limited to using Twitter and LinkedIn for social media. After the initial reset, I faced difficulties changing the email to our company's. Unfortunately, I am now unable to reset the password again. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

We have a physical store in Philadelphia and an Ecommerce website at www.vagabondboutique.com, hosted on Big Cartel. I meticulously followed the instructions to link our Instagram account @shopatvagabond for product tagging and sales. Despite waiting for over a month with no response, the Instagram channel remains unapproved. I have also set up a shop page on Facebook and ensured the catalog feeds correctly as per Big Cartel's guidelines. Our Instagram is configured as a business account and is linked to our Facebook page. With over 20 years of experience selling women's clothing, I believe our approval is overdue.

Hello Facebook Support, I want to address an issue I have been experiencing with my Facebook account, linked to my business as a freelance makeup artist. I have been an active user since [redacted] and have always followed the community guidelines without causing any problems. Recently, my account was disabled, and I suspect it might be due to jealousy from others. I have submitted my original documents for verification multiple times, proving my identity as the rightful owner of the account. I have shared important memories on my account, including photos of my daughter from childhood till now. I kindly request that you review my case and consider reopening my account as soon as possible. Restoring access to my data, friends, posts, and chat history would mean a lot to me as a single mother. Please assist me in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Zeenat Rahman (Zeenat Zunairah Sheikh)

I have an original account under the name M. L. that includes cherished baby photos of my son and memories of departed loved ones. Additionally, I created an account under the name S. L. to support a friend dealing with infidelity. After purchasing a new phone, I logged in and was only able to access the S. L. account. The M. L. account is linked to an old phone number and email addresses I can no longer access. I've attempted to recover my account through various methods, including trying to regain access to the old phone number and alternate email, as well as reaching out to trusted contacts. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to recover the M. L. account. I am willing to provide proof of my identity and appreciate any assistance in accessing my original account.

I have been struggling to regain access to my original Facebook account under the name Melissa Lotti. It contains valuable memories of my son and friends who have passed away. Unfortunately, the account is linked to an old phone number and Yahoo email that I can no longer access. Despite my attempts to recover them, I have been unsuccessful. The Yahoo account's alternate email is a Hotmail address that I am also unable to access. I have tried reaching out to trusted contacts, but I'm uncertain if they were established. Additionally, I created an account under the name Sara Longwood to help a friend, which I am in the process of deleting. With a new phone, I am unable to sign in to my account and would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. You can reach me at [redacted]

My account has been hacked multiple times since February, making it impossible for me to access it. Despite changing my password numerous times and receiving a new code ([redacted]) from Facebook on my phone, I now find myself with a new account and have lost all the valuable content, games, and contacts from my old one. It has been six days now, and I am unable to access my favorite game, Soldiers Inc., where I have invested six years and a considerable amount of money, having built my base to over Level [redacted]. As the CEO of a combine, starting from Level 1 on a new account means losing all my progress and connections. Please review my account activity from the end of February, as this issue started then. I kindly request assistance in retrieving my old account instead of creating a new one. You can reach me at [redacted] Thank you for looking into this matter and guiding me on how to regain access to my original account.

My Facebook account got locked because of an unauthorized login attempt. After informing Facebook it wasn't me, they advised me to change my password. However, when I tried, I couldn't remember my current password and didn't see an option to reset it. Now, I'm still unable to access my account since last night. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my name is Georgi Nedyalkov. Last night, on March 7, [redacted], my Facebook account was temporarily locked for security reasons. I received an email from Facebook stating that my old phone number, +[redacted]27, which I have not used in over two years, was registered and verified by another person. Facebook is now requesting my old password, which I cannot remember, to create a new password and unlock my account. Previously, they would just email a password retrieval code. How can I prove my identity to Facebook? My current email address is still associated with my account, and I have not logged in from Malaysia, as I no longer reside there. Any suggestions on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.

I was messaging my friend on Instagram while playing Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Links. When they replied, I clicked the notification and was led to the login page. I attempted to enter my password and log in via Facebook, but it didn't work. When I tried to recover using my username, email, or phone number, it showed "no users found." I switched to Messenger to continue the conversation, only to realize I was on the sign-in page. I tried logging in there but was unsuccessful. Unable to log in on the Facebook app, I resorted to using my computer. However, when I tried to log in, it stated my account was ineligible, which surprised me. I submitted a request to recover my account, but I am considering submitting another request to regain access.

My Facebook account was disabled for violating the rules. I've appealed multiple times explaining the situation, but I keep receiving automated responses. About a year ago, I posted some content for informative purposes before the new rules were implemented. Now, despite my efforts to remove non-compliant posts, some still remain due to the depth of my usage history. Consequently, my account was disabled for these old posts. I feel unfairly penalized for actions taken before the rules were enforced. I respectfully request a human review of my appeal rather than automated responses. My account details are: Sorat OS, +[redacted][redacted], [redacted]

I am experiencing privacy concerns with Facebook related to a game by Seal Mobile. A friend logging into their Facebook account to play Bloody West is inadvertently logging into my account instead. This situation was manageable until I tried to remove the game from my Facebook account as advised by Seal Mobile, which caused the game to be deleted from my friend's account instead. He has been playing for over two years, investing significant money into it. Now, continuing with my game seems pointless, especially after having spent a considerable amount of money on it.

I recently tried to log into my Facebook account on my laptop after my phone broke. I received a message saying that I had changed my password two years ago, which I never did. After going through Facebook's account recovery process, I had to submit a picture of my driver's license. They provided a link to reset my password, but when I tried to do so, it said I was attempting too often. I also encountered issues with entering my trusted friends' recovery codes, despite only trying once. Now, I no longer have any recovery options and I am hesitant to recreate my account for what should be a simple issue. I no longer have access to the original email address on the account, which is [redacted]. It mentioned updating it to my new email, [redacted], but nothing changed. Unfortunately, I am currently locked out of my account.

My account has been disabled unexpectedly, denying me access to my business page at www.facebook.com/stampedesaloon59. This situation is detrimental to my business, affecting promotions and posts. I suspect former employees might have falsely reported my account. Despite verifying my identity by submitting my driver's license, the issue remains unresolved. Without an admin, I cannot manage the page or create a new account. Urgent assistance is needed as each day without access hampers my business. Hello, I'm Darionn Smith, also known as the recording artist "Major D-Star." I wanted to address the situation regarding my disabled Facebook fan page and personal page due to terms violations. It was not me who violated the terms as my account was hacked, and the perpetrator posted unauthorized content. I was puzzled by the accusations because I hadn't posted on Facebook in 2 weeks. However, upon reviewing the page, I noticed changes that were not made by me. My page, including photos and other information, previously linked to my work. Despite the hack and alterations, my page still reflects my artistry. I urge you to investigate further and consider restoring my official Facebook page. As an artist, having a presence on social media is crucial for my career, and I value the opportunity to continue using your platform for my work. Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

I recently discovered someone created a false Facebook account under my name, Brandi Mack. This imposter deleted all my friends, changed the password, and posted inappropriate content using my picture and personal details. I managed to delete the account but they are attempting to add friends again. I request the permanent deletion of all social media accounts associated with Brandi Mack, Lilblackblond, Mack Brandi, Bryce Mack, and Mack Bryce. Additionally, this individual has gained unauthorized access to my email, so all communication should go through my mother's email, [redacted]. My mother, Valerie Mandley, can verify the misuse of my information. I suspect the perpetrator is using the Wi-Fi number [redacted]. This situation is distressing, and I would appreciate urgent assistance. Thank you.

Since January 25th, someone has hacked into my WiFi and compromised all my accounts. Despite my efforts and involving law enforcement, I believe the hacker won't leave. They created an unauthorized email account that ends in 96 and are using my government phone number [redacted]. They've opened multiple Uber and Lyft accounts with my child support card. I urgently need the email account closed and action taken against the hacker. Please keep all information for law enforcement. It's impossible to access the profile to report the issue. My longstanding account, [redacted], is also compromised despite multiple password resets. Deactivating it isn't effective. I fear losing access to all my accounts, photos, and contact with loved ones. Kindly close the account linked to [redacted] and both if necessary.

I am looking to update my music account name from "Native Kings" to "St. Louis." Facebook has blocked my request, stating that using a real location is against their terms of service. However, numerous other artists, like St. Vincent, Japan, and Texas, use location names. The page's admin account is managed by Cameron Warren (facebook.com/camwaa), and my login email is [redacted], exclusively for Facebook. For contact purposes, I've provided a different email below. I appreciate your assistance. Cameron Warren

I was interested in a motor home listed on Marketplace. After expressing my interest, the seller claimed the vehicle was located at eBay's Warehouse. They sent me an email instructing me to purchase eBay gift cards equivalent to the motor home's price and provide the numbers from the back of the cards. This raised red flags for me, so I contacted the Attorney General's Office, who confirmed it was a scam. I'm requesting for the three motor home ads to be removed from Marketplace. I can provide the sellers' names, email addresses, and a copy of the invoice if needed. Thanks, J.W.

I have been using my Facebook account under the name Joyce Chuks for over 2 years without any issues. However, two weeks ago, I was unexpectedly logged out of my account and asked to verify my linked phone number. Despite attempting to request the verification code multiple times, I did not receive any codes. Subsequently, my account was disabled. Following instructions to upload a clear photo, I complied but have yet to regain access to my account. Despite reaching out for assistance and making numerous complaints, my account remains disabled. It has been two weeks since I've been locked out. I kindly request a prompt review and resolution of this matter. Thank you.
