Around midnight on November 1 or 2, my Facebook account got hacked, and a horrifying video was sent out to my contacts. I only found out about it the next day when my boyfriend mentioned it. Both my personal and business pages were disabled without any notice. I feel like I'm being treated as guilty without a chance to prove my innocence. My pages are crucial for staying in touch with my elderly parents, siblings, and family. I need urgent help to resolve this situation. I am willing to cooperate to identify the perpetrator and seek justice. Please, assist me promptly as I feel unjustly punished for something I didn't do. I received a message on Snapchat some time ago and chatted with the person for a few hours. Later, I realized I was logged out of my Facebook account. When I tried to log back in, it said my password or email was incorrect. I tried to reset the password but found out that the email associated with the account was changed. Upon checking on a backup account, I saw someone else active on my profile. I messaged them, and they replied as if nothing was wrong. The hacker who took over my account then messaged me on Snapchat, threatening to distribute a nude photo and pretending it was me unless I paid him money. I've tried reporting the situation to Facebook to have the account deleted, but they keep saying it doesn't violate community guidelines. I urgently need help as this is not the first time it has happened, and I fear for my online safety.

Upon trying to log in to Facebook, I received the following message: "Your account has been disabled. You cannot use Facebook or Messenger because your linked Instagram account is disabled. Activity on the Instagram account provided goes against Instagram's Community Guidelines. If you believe this decision is a mistake, you can request a review on Instagram. To learn more, visit the Instagram Help Center." I am certain I do not have the specified Instagram account. I still have access to the email and phone number linked to my Facebook account. Also, my Facebook account has 2-factor authentication enabled. Upon reviewing the data downloaded from Facebook, I discovered a session from an unfamiliar location, Hong Kong, on Nov 06, [redacted], at 3:12:01pm. I am seeking assistance in recovering my account.

I am encountering an issue with a user on Facebook named Stellar Real. I bought an Apple iPod from this person on October 19. They agreed to change the color of the iPod from pink to red on October 22. Even though I paid $[redacted].30 on October 19, I have not yet received the iPod. I have been checking the USPS tracking number they provided, but as of today, November 6, [redacted], there is still no information in the tracking system. According to Facebook policy, the seller should ship the item to the buyer within seven days. Since I have not received the iPod well past this timeframe, I would like to cancel the order and have my money refunded. My account was hacked, and I don't understand how or why it happened. I have reviewed all the rules, policies, and guidelines and am certain I did not violate any of them. It seems the hacker might have posted something against the policy. I have submitted my ID to address the issue, but every time I attempt to go to the help center, it says my disabled account cannot be reviewed at this time. I truly hope someone can assist me in preserving my irreplaceable memories that I have accumulated over the long time I've been on Facebook. I assure you I never intended to break any rules. My account and ID both had my first and last name. When I uploaded the photo of my ID from my mobile device, it did not provide an option to explain. When I tried it on my desktop, it showed the message that my disabled account could not be reviewed. If anyone can help me recover my Facebook page, I would be grateful. My account was hacked on Friday, Nov. 4th. I noticed someone had accessed my business page, The Gourmet Online, via Facebook and removed them immediately. I requested the page be deleted, but it wasn't. Later, at 1:31 AM, the hacker took control of my account and started making purchases using my saved payment methods. When I tried to log back into Facebook on Saturday, I was flagged as a safety risk related to children, which is not accurate. My ID verification was rejected due to blurriness, which seems unfair. The hackers made purchases on two credit cards linked to my account. I need guidance on providing clearer identification to resolve this issue. I rely on Facebook for connection and feel punished instead of protected. I hope for a prompt resolution as I am a victim of this hacking incident. Thank you.

I received a request from a friend to borrow $[redacted]. Even though I initially declined, he explained he was locked out of his Facebook due to losing his phone. Trusting him, I agreed to receive the verification code on my phone so he could regain access to his account. However, I inadvertently got locked out of my accounts when I tried to log back in after not signing out of all devices. This led to being unable to access both my YouTube and Instagram, as the recovery options were altered. I've been unsuccessful in trying various solutions and desperately need access as sentimental conversations with deceased family members are stored on these platforms.

I recently changed my password, but now when I try to log in, it's asking for a 6-digit connect code. Unfortunately, I can't generate this code using my phone or the main app. This is causing me to be stuck without access to read any Facebook posts. The message I receive states: "Two-Factor Authentication Required. Enter the 6-digit code from your Code Generator or 3rd party app below."

I sell items on Facebook across various groups, not to friends. Recently, a potential buyer, who turned out to be a hacker, showed interest in my product. When I set up my PayPal account, I received a suspicious SMS requesting additional bank details beyond my credit card information. Feeling uneasy, I consulted a friend who confirmed that PayPal wouldn't typically contact me via SMS. To protect myself, I contacted my bank to block my credit card and reached out to PayPal. Yesterday, I was shocked to find out that my account had been disabled. It turns out that inappropriate content was posted from my account, but I was at work at that time and had no idea. It seems like my account was hacked or compromised. I want to clarify that I am not responsible for the content posted. I understand the reason for the ban, but I have never shared such material before and would never do so intentionally.
