Recently, it seems my account was hacked, resulting in the creation of a new Advertising account without my knowledge or consent. I did not receive any notifications regarding these changes. The new advertising account was created from Ukraine, while I reside in Paraguay. Unfortunately, the account has been blocked due to a $[redacted] debt to Facebook, a situation I'm unfamiliar with. Facebook has locked me out of my account due to suspicious activity. I tried to follow their instructions, but they sent a code to my phone, which I don't have. I managed to change my password via email, but now Facebook says I've tried to unlock it too many times. The process to unlock my account is complicated and not user-friendly for me. I need help unlocking my account. Facebook warns against seeking help elsewhere, but this situation is frustrating.

On September 10 at 3:56pm (UTC+08), my Facebook account suddenly logged me out and prompted me to input my password again. When I tried to enter my password, it didn't work. When I clicked on "forgot password," it displayed an email address that wasn't mine. I had two-factor authentication set up, so I was surprised not to receive any notifications. Later, I received an email saying my password was changed, indicating my account was hacked. Despite trying everything, including revealing my trusted contacts, I only saw the trusted contacts of my new Facebook account (created with a slightly different name but the same email and phone number), leaving me unable to recover my old account. I searched online and attempted various suggestions but to no avail. I hope for assistance in recovering my account. Thank you.

Hello, I believe my mom's Instagram account has been hacked. She received a link from a friend on Instagram to vote for a dance act, but now she can't log in. When trying to reset the password, it says the "user was not found." She is upset because she is a photographer and most of her pictures are only on the account, not saved elsewhere. I searched for a similar issue and saw someone mentioning that they knew a friend who could help restore their account through Facebook connections. My roommate has been using my phone without permission to create his own accounts and monitor my activities. Despite confronting this issue, he continues to access my phone and control my accounts. I primarily use Facebook to purchase items like cars on Marketplace, but recently discovered unauthorized activities on my accounts. I have taken steps to address the situation by getting a new phone and contacting my service provider, Google, and Facebook for assistance. Additionally, I intend to involve the prosecuting attorney in Boulder County, CO due to the ongoing harassment and potential legal implications caused by this individual. I have also found surveillance devices in my home that he installed and have reported these to the authorities. Any illicit activities beyond buying cars and utility trailers can be linked back to Jerimiah Joseph Reg, and I am pursuing legal action against him.

Last Friday night, I was online setting up two-factor identification when I suddenly got logged out. After attempting to log back in with my password, I received an error stating it was incorrect. My account has been disabled. Facebook claims I violated Community Standards by posting inappropriate content, which I would never do. I avoid political posts to prevent offending anyone. As a mother of two young children, I rarely post at all. I am locked out of my account as Facebook repeatedly tries to send me an SMS code but fails due to an error. I attempted to log in through a desktop with no success. This has prevented me from disputing the decision within the 27-day window Facebook gave me. It's frustrating because I can't access my business account 'dartsanddecor' either. I hope someone can assist me with this issue.

When I later tried to log in, I found my account was locked. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to recover it as of this morning. I am willing to provide any necessary identification documents or data to confirm my identity. However, the screenshot I have attached shows no option for identity confirmation. Upon trying to access my account tonight, I was surprised to find a message stating that my account had been disabled. The notification stated that my account was disabled on 15 Oct [redacted], and that I could provide additional information via the Help Centre within 30 days if I believed the disablement was a mistake. However, if I failed to do so within the specified time frame, my account would be permanently disabled without any chance for review. I am perplexed by this development as I have not engaged in any wrongful activities on my account, which includes managing 32 fan pages and connecting with friends from my former school. Recently, I experienced a hacking incident where my computer's control was compromised, leading me to replace the hard drive with the assistance of a professional. I worry that this security breach may have recurred, resulting in someone attempting to access my accounts once again.

I sold a rebuilt OEM Harley-Davidson carburetor to Sean C. on Facebook Marketplace for $40. The post and pictures clearly showed that it did not include a choke cable. I offered the choke cable to Sean for just the shipping cost, but he wanted me to pay shipping because he thought it should come with the carburetor. He then filed a claim, kept the carburetor, and received the $40 back. I missed the notification about the claim and only realized after 10 days had passed. I filed an appeal, but it was denied. I believe this behavior is unfair to sellers, and I just want my carburetor back even if I have to pay for shipping. I am not looking for a refund, just my carburetor returned. Three weeks ago, my account was hacked. My actual username is Lil, and I've had this profile picture for many years. The hacker has taken the username Lillian and is using my email address and phone number. I keep receiving messages from Facebook with the name Lillian, which is not my username. It's disheartening to see that this person is still active on Facebook while I'm locked out of my own account. I haven't been able to communicate with my family and friends, and it's frustrating. Even after going through the identity verification process, the issue persists. I hope someone can resolve this matter soon.

Facebook did not provide a clear reason for disabling my account. According to them, I or someone related to my account did not adhere to community standards. Despite receiving a copy of my account data which contained the message "You Have No Data Here," I am puzzled by the situation. I rarely engage on Facebook, refraining from political comments or negative remarks. My activity mainly involves using the "like" and "love" buttons. The disabling of my account remains perplexing to me.
