Hello, I am Julie Anne Nicole Chua. I have been using Facebook since [redacted]. Over the years, I have had to deal with impostors creating fake accounts pretending to be me. This started around [redacted] or [redacted] and despite reporting these accounts, some are still active. It has now reached a point where these impersonators are affecting not just me but also my family and friends by spreading false information. The situation has been causing me a lot of stress and worry. It is now [redacted], and the issue persists. I am hoping for assistance in resolving this matter. If there is an office in the Philippines, please email me so I can provide further information and proof to address this situation. Thank you in advance for your help and I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello, I'm Jessica from Manila, Philippines. I accidentally removed my Facebook password on my phone and forgot both the password and the email linked to the account. I attempted to reset the password using the "forgot password" option on Facebook, followed the steps, and had my trusted friends send me a code. However, I did not receive any emails or SMS to guide me further, even after waiting for over 24 hours. When I tried again, Facebook informed me that I was limited in some actions, without clear reasons, and suggested waiting a few days before trying again. Despite following this advice, I still cannot access my account, causing me stress. My Facebook name appears in Kanji as 森内ジェシカ. I can provide necessary information to verify my ownership of the account. I am seeking assistance in receiving the required email or SMS from Facebook to regain access to my account.

I am attempting to join the "Chamber Music Club @ UW," and I am required to provide a UW email address for verification as a UW student. After entering my UW email address, Facebook does not send a verification email. It seems like the issue may be due to the change in UW email endings from @washington.edu to @uw.edu. Even though the group admin manually added me, my request still shows as pending on the group page. Is there a possibility for Facebook to bypass the UW email requirement for me to successfully join the group?

Hello, I was using my Facebook account and have a private group with over [redacted] members. Recently, when trying to post images, after uploading a few, Facebook prompted me to upload a profile picture and do a picture verification. Subsequently, my account was disabled. It has been 20 days now, and I've made an appeal through the help center. I provided my national ID card as requested, explaining that the system requested a picture upload and I complied. I asked for the reactivation of my account so I can connect with my family and friends. I apologize for any mistakes on my part and have revisited the company's terms of services to use Facebook correctly.

There seems to be a significant issue with the functionality for removing members from groups. It can be frustrating to have to click multiple times due to the recurring error message displaying "This content is no longer available." Additionally, a more concerning problem arose when I tried to leave a group after removing all other members; instead of deleting the group since I was the last member, the group persisted and showed incorrect member count. Despite reporting these issues to Facebook multiple times over the past 3 months, there has been no resolution.

My name is Fathmath Sheena from Maldives. I have reached out to Facebook multiple times regarding a harassing post towards me on a page. Facebook replied stating the post does not violate their Community Standards. The post is a screenshot from my Instagram labeled with offensive language. The photo was taken without consent and posted on Facebook, causing me significant distress. I have reported this again, as I strongly believe it is cyberbullying. I hope for a swift resolution to this matter. Thank you.

My daughter's Facebook account has been disabled, and I have her permission to file a complaint on her behalf and provide her email address. I previously reached out to Facebook but have not received a response. I shared that my daughter Gabriella's account was unjustly closed while she was sharing a Bible verse in a group dedicated to such posts. To explain her side, Facebook requires a mobile phone number, which she does not have due to concerns about radiation and only uses a 2G phone sparingly. Facebook only sent her a non-reply message despite her providing her email. Forcing users to have mobile phones for account access is unfair, as not everyone owns one, and exposure to Wi-Fi radiation is a worry for some. Facebook is crucial for my daughter to connect with other herbalists, making this situation very distressing.

Hello, I contacted the Facebook Team a few hours ago for assistance with my Facebook account under the name Alina Ciucur. The issue is with accessing my account due to the outdated email address [redacted], which got deleted by Yahoo! for inactivity. Despite repeatedly requesting the login SMS code for over 24 hours, I haven't received it. As a result, I can no longer access my Facebook account as I am not logged in on any other device. I also submitted a photo of my ID about 12 hours ago to Facebook. I kindly requested them to send the code to my new email address [redacted] or phone number [redacted], which are associated with my Facebook account. I am eagerly awaiting their response as the Facebook Help and Support website has not resolved my issue. Thank you, Alina

I am facing an issue where the email associated with my Facebook account has been changed without my knowledge. The new email is unfamiliar to me, ending with @mail.ru, while my usual email is [redacted] When I attempt to log in, the password I enter is recognized as an old one. Facebook prompts me to verify my identity by sending a code to the new email, @mail.ru, but I never receive it. Upon further inspection, I discovered that not only the email has been changed, but also the phone number and password. Additionally, my account appears to be connected with individuals unknown to me. This account holds significant memories and connections from over a decade, and I am desperate to reclaim access. Please assist me in recovering my account, as it represents my entire identity.

Hello, I am reaching out for help regarding my father's Messenger account. Somehow, the phone number and email on his account were changed to his sister's information. We received an email about a new account, but the old account seems to be either deleted or deactivated. My father only uses Messenger without a Facebook page. We tried deleting the new account connected to his sister's details, but we are unable to locate his original account through the "Find Your Account" option. I have important conversations and photos with him on Messenger but cannot reach him. If there is a way to recover his Messenger account, please reach out to me. The email address on the account is [redacted], and his Messenger name is "Zoltán Szebenyi." The deactivation or deletion of the account occurred on December 8, [redacted]. Thank you.

Hello, I received an email from what seems to be Facebook claiming that I have won a prize of $1,[redacted],00.00. I am unsure if this email is legitimate or a fraud. The email instructs me to send personal information to [redacted] in order to claim the prize. Can someone verify if this email is real or a scam? Thank you, Margarethe E.

I got locked out of my Facebook account because I can't remember the password for the email I used to set it up. I'm not getting the SMS codes from Facebook and can't create a new account because I can't receive the SMS verification code. Sadly, I don't have trusted contacts to assist me. I've attempted to reset my old email's password, but since I rarely use it, it's been unsuccessful. I've tried all troubleshooting steps, but nothing has worked so far. It's frustrating and I feel like there should be better options to regain access to my old account. Facebook really needs to simplify this process. I urgently need assistance with this issue.

Hello, I want to report that in Georgia, there are numerous fake accounts not only associated with the government but also with the Georgian Patriarchate. These accounts are engaged in degrading religious views, spreading misinformation, and defaming public figures without cause, particularly those addressing post-Soviet influences within the church. They are also spreading inaccurate interpretations of the Bible that are spiritually harmful to Georgian society and using offensive language in their comments. Below is a list of potential fake accounts that I urge you to review and remove to prevent further harm. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to hearing back from you soon. List of fake accounts: 1. Marina Kevkhishvili 2. Manana Lafanashvili 3. Tinatin Gavtadze 4. Ertaozi Jurkvetidan 5. Bagrationi Bagrationi 6. I am having trouble accessing my email accounts. My original email is [redacted], and my new email is [redacted] I got locked out of my original account because I got a new cellphone after my old one was stolen. When my husband tried to reclaim his account on my new phone, I got locked out of my new account. I provided a photo of my NYC birth certificate and a picture (not scanned) of my Colorado driver's license, which was also stolen recently. Unfortunately, I don't have any other identification besides my birth certificate, and despite sending the photos, I have been informed that they cannot verify my identity. I am feeling frustrated and unsure how to recover my second account. If I can't regain access, I won't be too upset. All I want is to be able to get back into my accounts. Thank you for your assistance. Contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] - Jodi Lynne Neumark

I received highly offensive comments from a person named Ryan Roderick on a Facebook group called Chargers Nation over a football post. In response to his personal attacks on me, I retaliated with a few choice words, considering the typical vulgar language often seen on Facebook. However, Ryan edited and removed his inappropriate comments, making it appear as if I instigated the situation. Upon waking up, I discovered I had been restricted for 24 hours. I find this treatment incredibly unjust and frustrating. I believe there should be consequences for both parties involved. In the future, I will handle such situations differently. While I defend myself against such disrespectful behavior, I acknowledge I could have chosen my words more wisely. It is disappointing that I faced restrictions despite being subjected to offensive language. I value discussing football on Facebook and hope for fair actions regarding this incident.

I need help with my deceased husband's social media account. People are making hurtful posts, and I want the privacy settings changed to prevent further posts or gain access to the account to manage it myself. He was locked out due to an outdated email, and he passed away on 12/14. Detectives require the account to be active. I want to safeguard his memories and prevent unwanted posts. I've tried contacting support without success. Dealing with this during my grieving process has been challenging. Reporting the offensive content didn't help. Please assist me in any way possible; otherwise, I may consider deleting the account. My husband deserves respect. I am willing to pay for help. I am exhausted from seeing no action taken on reported content. Please help me honor and preserve my beloved husband's memory. I can provide proof of marriage if necessary. You can reach me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted].

Hello, my name is Razvan Roberto G. My account was disabled two days ago, possibly because I shared a video from my page to a group, which prompted Facebook to request my ID. The page I manage is called "Romania Welcomes You," it is a non-profit page showcasing the beautiful places in Romania. I never intended to violate any rules and would have stopped if warned. Now, not only is my page disabled, but my profile as well. I plead for my account not to be permanently disabled. I have invested nine years of memories with my family on Facebook, and I wish to share these moments with my child as they grow up. Facebook means a lot to me; it holds my life's stories. I am sorry if I have made a mistake. Thank you.

Today, my Facebook account was hacked, and all my accounts were disabled. I mistakenly sent personal information, including a picture of my identification, to someone I thought was my friend, but it turned out to be a hacker named David The Agent posing as part of an NGO service. The hacker changed my email and passwords, and now all three of my accounts (2 under Towanna Smith and 1 under Tia Smith) have been disabled. I am concerned the hacker may be using my ID to create fake accounts and harass my friends on Facebook. Even though my page's name is spelled Towanna, my ID says Tawanna Smith. I didn't provide the original email address linked to my Facebook account but created a new one using [redacted], which has also been disabled.

Hello, FB team. I would like to address the deletion of my page "Pearl Palace" without any prior warning. I have dedicated a significant amount of resources into promoting this page, only to have it removed due to what seems to be a minor issue. This sudden deletion has affected my ability to connect with my customers who have come to trust our brand. It is disheartening to think that our legitimacy may now be questioned as a result of this action. I kindly request that you reconsider your decision and restore our page promptly. Thank you.

My account has been disabled, and I am unsure of the reason. Messages were sent from my Facebook, but I was hacked, and it wasn't me. In July, my email address and password were changed after being hacked, resulting in lost photos and messages from my late son. I have submitted a photo showing a profile that appears when I enter my phone number. I am caring for my ex-husband who is very ill, and I cannot update my family on his condition or engage with my children or grandchildren's posts. I feel unfairly treated as if I am a criminal, despite being a victim of hacking. Please investigate this matter and reinstate my access to Facebook.
