I need help with my Facebook account. The email address linked to it is outdated, and I didn't update my new phone number in the settings. Recently, I forgot my password after using Facebook and Messenger with my new number for 3 months. Now, when I try to log in with my new phone number, I get directed to the Facebook account of the previous owner of that number.

Hello! I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Facebook account. The system keeps indicating that my password is incorrect, yet it doesn't offer me a way to reset it. I seem to be stuck in a continuous loop of attempting to log in without success. Surprisingly, I have not received any messages about making too many login attempts. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I created a new account using my existing phone number, hoping it would prompt that there is already an account associated with that number. Unfortunately, it did not. Consequently, I now have a new account, and when searching for my original one to recover, only the new account is found. I recently got a new iPad and attempted to log in to Facebook. However, upon trying to log in, it indicated that I used an old password. I then attempted to change my password, but noticed that there are two emails linked to the account - my current email and an old email that I no longer have access to. I used a photo to recover my password, could that have now become my new password? I also tried using my trusted friends to recover my account. The first code worked, but when I entered the second code, an error message appeared indicating it was not a valid code, and erased the first code as well. I'm unsure how to proceed. Could the presence of the wrong email be causing this issue, and if so, how can I remove it from my account?

Hello, I deactivated my Facebook account over thirty days ago and now when I try to reactivate it, I'm getting a message saying that my account has been disabled. My phone was stolen, and the person who took it managed to access my Facebook. I didn't notice during Christmas as I was occupied. Now, I can't log in because there's an account with my name but no content. I'm unsure if it was hacked or deleted. I'm unable to use the startup option I received but need immediate assistance. My new phone is also compromised, with no payment accounts set up. I require help to verify my identity and recover my Facebook account. Thank you.

One late night while on Facebook, I received a friend request from a group which I accepted after having a few drinks. Shortly after, they messaged me claiming I could win $[redacted] by sharing a link with 15 groups. Without much thought, I shared it with possibly 10 groups. I then realized the link requested my credit card details, and I recognized it was a scam. I immediately reported the group and the message on Messenger in a panic, without taking screenshots as I was not prompted. Feeling overwhelmed by multiple Facebook messages (around 6-9), I explained the situation to a few before becoming too distressed to continue. Despite my attempts since the 18th-19th, my account remains disabled. I want to clarify that I did not deactivate it on purpose; I was deceived and would never willingly engage in such activities. -Randy G.

I experienced account disablement in November [redacted] due to a copyrighted photo I posted in October [redacted]. Facebook removed the image and disabled my account, showing the message "Your Account Has Been Disabled." Despite multiple attempts providing my passport through the Help page, I received no response. I am hoping to find out if my account will be reactivated. I've maintained a single account for over a decade without prior issues. I am requesting Facebook to re-enable my account or provide clarification on the status of reactivation.

I'm having trouble linking my Instagram account to my Facebook page. I've been attempting to set up Instagram promotions, but it won't allow me to proceed without connecting to a Facebook page. Even though I've linked them in my Instagram settings, every time I try to make a post, it prompts me to choose between an existing account or a new one. When I select my existing account, it continually displays an error message saying, "Sorry, we cannot process this at the moment. Please try again later." I've been attempting to resolve this issue for a few days now.

Hello, I would like some assistance with my Facebook profile page. When I click on the "About" tab to search for and edit information in sections such as Work, Education, Places you've lived, Basic Info, Relationship, and Family Members, I am unable to scroll to find sections related to Sports, TV Shows, Books, Movies, Music, and Interests/Hobbies. How can I locate or add these sections to my "About" tab where the rest of the sections are displayed? Thank you, Adrian.

I've forgotten my Facebook password and the only way to reset it is through my Yahoo email, which I can't access. I've used the three trusted accounts to receive codes, followed all the steps and got to the point where I need to enter a phone number to receive an SMS with a link to redirect me to my profile. Unfortunately, I'm not receiving any SMS, despite trying multiple numbers on different networks.

I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account as I lost my password and can no longer access the email or phone number associated with it. Previously, Facebook provided options for password recovery through email or SMS, but currently the SMS option is not available. Additionally, I am unable to access my Yahoo account to recover my email. Despite trying to recover my password using a new email address, Facebook is not directing me to the "How can we reach you page."

I encountered an issue when trying to log into Facebook. Upon trying to login, a screen prompted a security check requesting a confirmation code to be sent to a phone number I no longer have access to. I attempted the "forgot account?" option to send a code to my email for password reset. However, after changing the password and logging in again, I was redirected back to the original window prompting for a confirmation code to be sent to my old phone number.

I'm encountering an issue when attempting to post images in multiple groups on Facebook. A notification reading "Action Blocked" appears, stating I've been temporarily restricted from performing this action. Despite not having posted on the platform for six months, the help section's indication that such problems could persist for up to 30 days seems inaccurate. This problem occurs consistently across all the groups I've tried. Reporting the issue is also challenging, as the report icon is not in the expected location. It requires typing in the search bar to access, which has not provided any solutions so far.

I created an account a while ago but haven't used it much. Recently, I made another Facebook account possibly with a different phone number or email because I couldn't recall the details of my old account. My last login was with *****@***.com. I initiated an ad campaign for my business, deposited Rs.**** for it, but my account got disabled after two days. I need assistance in recovering my Facebook account.

I recently discovered unusual activity on my Facebook account. It seems someone has added 16 friends and altered my photos. The posts on the account are poorly written with funny sentences in a foreign style. I am rarely active on Facebook and usually only read my friends' posts. I believe my emails associated with the account are [redacted] or possibly [redacted] If anyone has any advice on how to address this concerning situation, I would greatly appreciate it. A few days ago, several photos were deleted from my history post on my Facebook profile, which triggered a security check by Facebook. My account got hacked, and now someone is posting spam everywhere using my name. Facebook suspended my account until mid-January due to complaints. I tried to explain the situation and seek help, but I have not received any assistance. When attempting to change my password, it asks for a 6-digit code sent to an email address I do not recognize, preventing me from proceeding. Despite opening a new account, that account has also been suspended. I urgently need access to either my new account or, ideally, to remove the hacker from my old account to regain control.

Hello. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account since yesterday morning. Although I am entering the correct password, a security check prompts me to verify my identity. The issue is that the only option provided is to send a code to my old mobile number, which I no longer use. I believe using my verified email would be more secure, but Facebook doesn't offer this as an option for verification.
