I recently had an issue with Digit deducting almost $[redacted] from my account causing an overdraft. I tried to transfer money from Digit back to my account to avoid overdraft fees, but the transfer will take 3 days to process. It's frustrating that Digit can withdraw money instantly but takes days to deposit. What's the use of saving if I end up with overdraft fees due to this delay?

I need assistance, please. My account with Digit indicates I have been with them since last year, which is incorrect. I have been saving with them since [redacted]. I want to clarify if the date shown as last year is affecting my total savings since minus the deductions made in [redacted]. Thank you.

I am Esraa B. I have been utilizing your app to save money. I am currently in the process of obtaining a home through an FHA loan. They require proof that my account is indeed linked to my Chase bank account. Unfortunately, my statements do not reflect this, showing only my phone number. I have tried contacting customer service via email, but their responses have not been satisfactory or timely, especially since my deadline is approaching. Other investment apps have easily provided me with verification letters, unlike Digit. I had to pay a $1,[redacted] fee to extend my closing date. I simply need Digit to cooperate, but their customer service has been unhelpful. I am only asking for a basic verification, but they insist on a complicated verification form. I recently signed up for the Digit app with the intention of saving money effortlessly. The concept of it automatically withdrawing small amounts was appealing to me as I struggle to save on a fixed income. However, I was taken by surprise when I discovered the $5 monthly fee after being charged before even having any savings. As much as I appreciated the idea behind the app, I unfortunately can't afford the service. I am reaching out in the hopes of receiving a refund and closing my account. I have been charged 7 overdraft fees because of multiple attempts to withdraw small amounts of money from my account. The last 4 transactions totaled $8.00 but resulted in $[redacted].00 in fees, and an additional $90.00 for the other three attempts. This is not saving me money as your service promises but is actually costing me more. I am requesting a refund of $[redacted].00 for these fees. Your service was meant to help me save but it's causing me financial hardship. I hope you will address this issue promptly.

I recently put $[redacted] into my savings account on the Digit app for my wedding. However, even after almost a week, the money is still pending, and I can't access it. With my wedding coming up this weekend, I need the funds to make final payments, but I'm stuck waiting for Digit to release the money back to me. I usually see my manual saves go through the next day, but this time it's taking too long, and I'm having to use money meant for my newborn instead. I'm frustrated and stressed out about this delay, and I just want my money back in my account immediately, not next Wednesday as they claim. This situation has really let me down, especially right before such an important event.

I used to have Digit connected to Numerica Credit Union. After Numerica updated their online banking, I couldn't connect to Digit. I followed Digit's suggestion from the Self-Help section and deleted my bank account from the app. When I tried to reconnect, it stated there were no available accounts at Numerica. I contacted Numerica's customer service and they confirmed I have accounts and there shouldn't be any issues on their end. I really like using the Digit app for saving, and I want to continue using it, but there seems to be an issue on Digit's end preventing me from connecting to my bank. Can you please help me resolve this so I can continue using Digit? Thank you for your assistance.

I would like to cancel my Digit account. While I appreciate the concept of saving money easily, I'm currently unable to contribute funds to a savings account. Cancelling the account has proven to be challenging as the process seems convoluted. Despite attempting to cancel multiple times, I find myself getting frustrated with the complexity. The $5 monthly fee may seem small, but it accumulates over time. Ideally, I would like the account cancellation along with a refund of the $5 fee for each month the account has been inactive. I may consider returning to the service once I am debt-free, but for now, I would like my account closed. Thank you. Thank you, VW

Recently, I deposited a $[redacted] check that was put on hold, causing my account balance to go negative by thousands. I had $[redacted] each set aside for tattoos and travel, with an additional $40 saved just before the check issue. Now that the hold has been lifted, the $[redacted] from those accounts has not been refunded. Even after contacting the bank, they have no record of the missing $[redacted] in transactions. Living costs are high, and I'm struggling financially. Dealing with the hold was already stressful, and now I'm missing money that I desperately need. I've waited, but the funds haven't returned. I'm more concerned about the $[redacted] that seems to be lost in limbo within my account.

I have been receiving emails for years from you regarding a billing issue for an account I lost access to when my phone stopped working. I no longer have that phone number, but there is money saved in that account. Despite my requests, I have not been provided access to that account or informed of the exact amount in it. However, I continue to receive billing notifications and withdrawal attempts. I would like to access my funds and cease receiving these messages.

I recently closed my checking account and switched banks. I'm having trouble updating my routing and account numbers in your application. I spoke with a representative who informed me they are unable to change this information. I have requested my funds to be mailed to me through your online form since I can no longer deposit money into the account. Despite sending multiple messages, I have not received any communication or my funds. I am unable to reach anyone by phone for assistance. Please send a check with my funds to the address on file. Digit keeps withdrawing money, but I can't update my info on the app because it's sending the verification code to my old number. I urgently need this fixed to send money back and pay bills. Hello, I have been attempting to withdraw my funds since the 22nd. The transfer was set for Friday the 23rd to cover my bill, but it did not go through. Despite requesting an automatic withdrawal for the 25th, today, the money remains in my digital account, leaving my bank empty. This delay in processing has put me two days behind on my rent. Now the system indicates the next automatic withdrawal is scheduled for the 25th of January. If I opt for a regular withdrawal, I won't receive the funds until the 28th, resulting in being five days late on my rent payment.

I recently updated my phone number and now need assistance accessing my Digit account. Despite multiple attempts to contact Digit by email, I have not received the help I need to log in on my new phone. The code required for login is being sent to my old number, which is no longer in use. This situation has caused me great difficulty as I am unable to access my money. I have had accounts with multiple banks and have never experienced such challenges recovering access. Regrettably, the lack of support from Digit has led me to decide not to continue using their services. I find their customer service to be extremely poor, and I would not recommend entrusting your money with them based on my experience.

I kindly request the cancellation of this account as I am unable to pay for this service and I did not subscribe to it; a family member messed around with my computer and signed up for this account without my consent. Additionally, I do not have the financial means to manage this account. You have been charging me through the account ending in [redacted], but I do not have the resources to maintain this account. For months now, my bank account has been disconnected from my account. I have tried reconnecting it multiple times, but unfortunately, nothing seems to work. My bank is Tulsa Teachers Credit Union. I used to enjoy using Digit and saved a significant amount of money, but due to the disconnection issue, I gave up trying to fix it. To my surprise, I noticed that I have been charged every month, despite not saving any money through the app. Upon calculating, I realized that I have been charged 13 months of service fees on an account that was involuntarily disconnected.
