I am currently overseas enjoying an extended vacation. I have proof of purchase for the airline flight through my credit card payment. However, I am unable to log in and conduct any trades despite having my security key with me. When attempting to confirm my device through the linked email, I receive a message stating that my email verification is not associated with the new device I am using. I am confused and unsure about what steps to take next. I believed that having the security key would be sufficient to verify my identity.

Good afternoon, I recently made a withdrawal from Deel to Coinbase. I got an email confirming the success of the transaction. However, I am encountering an issue as my Coinbase account is temporarily locked when I try to log in. I am seeking a resolution or a refund of my funds. I have heard from friends that Coinbase sent out emails in April requesting additional identity verification, but I did not receive such an email. I have already reset my password to a stronger one, but I am still unable to access my account.

I am having difficulty accessing my account due to a phone number change and email account issue. My original email was [redacted], but it should have been [redacted] I activated my Coinbase Visa card which is valid until [redacted]. I recently received notifications about the account closure, so I prevented it on the website and initiated a cash out. I encountered issues with a Bitcoin payment of around $64, resulting in a reduced payout of over $27,[redacted]. I provided my card number for payment. I completed the required verification steps with photos and ID. I wish to have the money transferred to my Coinbase debit card urgently. The old phone number associated with my account was [redacted], and my current number is [redacted]. Despite my efforts using the Coinbase help section and contacting support, I am frustrated as the issue remains unresolved. I am eager for a resolution and request prompt assistance.

Ho effettuato un bonifico tramite Banca Intesa con il riferimento deposito ugdy9sl3 per effettuare una transazione in Bitcoin proveniente da EXCHANGE. Mi è stato detto da una persona a cui sono state assegnate le carte, presumibilmente Luca Santini con numero di licenza fcalicenza LXS01308, di accedere tramite AnyDesk all'account per acquistare Bitcoin con euro. Mi ha spiegato che EXCHANGE trasferiva i Bitcoin da quei conti ai miei conti a nome mio per prevenire frodi. Dopo due giorni, non ho ricevuto né Bitcoin né euro. Non capisco come sia possibile poiché solo io conoscevo la password del mio account. Sospetto che qualcuno possa aver manipolato il mio conto. Desidero recuperare i miei soldi nella loro posizione originale.

I made a [redacted] euro bank transfer for an exchange transaction through Coinbase. The funds were meant to be used to transfer and change other Bitcoins from my other accounts to my name, with the transaction headed to my Intesa account via my IBAN. I activated my insurance on May 31st and have not received any feedback or the money. The payment was $[redacted].87. This marks the 3rd time I've activated insurance. The first time was on May 8th for $[redacted], and received the money. Ms. D assisted me with trading and withdrawing the money, but unfortunately incurred losses. Following that, I activated insurance again on May 12th for $[redacted], got the money, but then faced requirements to trade 10 times to withdraw. Ms. D assisted, yet further losses ensued. In need of funds, I arranged to activate insurance by May 31st. I arranged funds from friends and family, incurring significant debt, and now await the insurance payout. Ms. D facilitated insurance activation, instructing me to await her notification. Eager to know when the payment will come, as Coinbase Pro stated no trading would be necessary, allowing withdrawal post-activation. Despite contacting Coinbase Pro support via text and email, I have yet to receive a response. Last communication was on April 25th, [redacted]. Total payment made to activate insurance is $17,[redacted]. Each payment raised hopes of reimbursement, yet none have materialized, deepening my debt. Hello, I wish to close my account as I suspect it was opened under false pretenses by The Bitwest Group leading to a scam. I have already blocked the account but now realize it should be closed. I am struggling with the computer process to do so. I would appreciate your assistance in closing the account as I am unfamiliar with these procedures. Hello, I have recently been in contact with 3 individuals - one who claimed to be a financial advisor and the other 2 who said they work in blockchain. They offered to help me convert my cryptos into euros. However, to date, the first person has taken a total of [redacted] euros from me, claiming it was Coinbase's policy to verify my bank account activity to prevent money laundering suspicions. Despite promising to transfer my money from Coinbase to my bank account within 72 hours, I have not received anything. The second person warned me about scammers and then proceeded to offer me services. Without further explanation, they took two transfers of [redacted] euros and [redacted] euros, leaving my bank account overdrawn. The third person, to whom I explained everything, mentioned that I cannot convert my cryptos to euros since my account is in the negative. I was recommended to open an account with Coinbase by The Bitwest Group. After realizing they are untrustworthy, I blocked the account out of concern. I should have closed it instead. Now, I am having difficulty as I am not proficient with technology. I would like Coinbase to close the account on my behalf. I have contacted the Fraud Department, who suggested I ask you to take care of it for me. They are confident you can assist me with this. I await confirmation that the account has been closed. I received a call from Coinbase informing me that my account needed to be frozen due to suspicious activity, such as a password change from an unfamiliar IP address. After completing verification steps, my account was disabled. Following the call, I started receiving numerous emails from random sites, indicating account verification requests. This led to Protonmail disabling my account, making it challenging to regain access. When attempting to reach out to Coinbase, they no longer recognize my phone number associated with the account and require a verification code from the inaccessible email to submit a ticket. Despite multiple attempts via their automated phone system, I have been unable to connect with a representative to address the issue. Prior to losing email access, I discovered unauthorized transactions from my bitcoin account exceeding its value. I am currently stuck in a dilemma, unable to access my Coinbase account without recognized phone verification or email access, and struggling to find a way to reach a representative for assistance.

Because my phone was not working, I removed 2fuknfa because it is not good. Now, when I try to send money, I needed my phone which I didn't have. Your A.I. security locked my account for 24 hours without human supervision. I never allowed your A.I. security to control my account in any way. This is making me very angry and frustrated. As soon as I can access my account, I plan to close it. Please resolve this quickly. Thank you.

I received a call from someone claiming to be from security and I provided the verification information as requested, but now I suspect that it was not actually Coinbase. I recently received an email that claims to be from a Coinbase customer support representative. However, I do not have an account with Coinbase, so I suspect this email is suspicious. The email asks me to confirm a new email address with an attachment, which I did not open. Unfortunately, I am unable to copy the link to share it for further investigation.
