In December, I noticed that Point Pickup conducted another background check on me. I'm a very good driver with ratings over 4.8 from customers who appreciate the exceptional service I provide. Unfortunately, the company's staff can be unprofessional, such as canceling orders when drivers are already at the pickup or drop-off locations. Many of my coworkers have faced this issue frequently. I'm puzzled as to why they reviewed my profile again. I'm seeking clarification on why the second check shows "complete" for two items while the other indicates "clear." I would appreciate more information on why the company has repeated this process within a year.

I have applied to be an Uber driver, and I have been patiently waiting for nearly 5 months for a decision on my application. Despite numerous calls to Uber, I have not received a satisfactory response. I was informed once that Uber has done all they can, and the holdup is on the Checkr side of the process. This delay has caused significant hardships for me, including homelessness, bankruptcy, and hunger. Due to my inability to work, my family members who depend on me are also suffering. This situation has become intolerable, and I urgently need to escalate this matter to a manager or supervisor at Uber.

I have made numerous attempts to contact Uber, but the responses have been unsatisfactory. They mentioned that the delay is due to an issue on Checkr's side. This prolonged wait has caused significant hardship for me, leading to homelessness, bankruptcy, and hunger. I am in desperate need of a resolution, and I am determined to escalate this matter to a manager or supervisor immediately. I expect Uber to fulfill their responsibility of conducting a background check promptly to resolve this situation as it has dragged on for too long.

My background check has been completed for a while now. My name is Colin Tillie. The check I received indicates I am still on my provisional license, which is incorrect. I have actually been off my provisional license since April 5th, if my memory serves me right. I possess a document from the Department of Motor Vehicles confirming this, although I do not currently have the physical copy of a full license due to financial constraints. I am puzzled by the necessity of this requirement and the lack of update to my information. It is crucial for me to have this resolved promptly as I require it for a job opportunity. I have already discussed this matter with a member of your team who mentioned it would be resolved within a month, however, it has been significantly longer than that.

I had a background check done for Uber. When the checker ran the check, they used an old Florida license that is no longer valid. I now have a valid Connecticut license that was used for an Amazon background check in June [redacted]. Despite informing the checker to submit a new background check with my current license, they did not. As a result, I am unable to work for Uber due to an outdated Florida license on file. I have tried to access the Uber background check through the checker's platform but can only find the Amazon one. I need to dispute this background check but cannot locate it with my valid Connecticut license. I have been in contact with Alan from the company's chat support but have not received assistance. I attempted to sign up for DoorDash when I was 17, and now that I'm trying to create an account again, I'm encountering errors. DoorDash is blaming the checker, while the checker is blaming DoorDash. I decided to apply for Instacart to earn some extra money, but I'm facing the same issue. Even though I provided all the correct information, the checker is unable to finalize the process. I need to speak to someone at the checker because their chat bot is not providing any new information.

I applied for a background check through Doordash, and after Checkr emailed me about needing more information, I tried to log in and found a message stating there was an issue with the social security number I provided. The portal directed me to contact Checkr Support to address any discrepancies, but I have been unable to find any contact information for them. Has anyone else encountered this problem?

I have multiple background checks in progress. One was initiated last week for GrubHub, and another this week for Kentucky Whiskey Bottling. The deadline for GrubHub's check is the 15th. I'm unable to access the report for Kentucky Whiskey Bottling; it only shows GrubHub. I need clarification on whether they will use the same report for both checks. In [redacted], I started delivering for Uber Eats but was unexpectedly deactivated due to a discrepancy with a criminal background check from [redacted]. Although background checks supposed to cover 7 years, Checkr went back over 25 years. I feel this is unfair and excessive. I am requesting a new background check that aligns with the specified time frame. Thank you.

I recently applied to be a DoorDash driver but was rejected due to a reported issue with insufficient funds at the DMV, which was a result of a hack on my account leading to frozen bank accounts. I promptly resolved this matter once it came to my attention. I kindly request that this incident be removed from my background check so that DoorDash can reconsider my application. I recently attempted to reactivate my Uber driver account only to discover it had been deactivated due to a failed background check. Upon investigating further, I found that the issue stemmed from a non-moving violation from last March, which was promptly settled. Despite maintaining a clean driving record for over five years with no accidents or speeding tickets, the background check failure has left me perplexed.

I am currently in the process of becoming an Uber Eats delivery driver, and I have submitted all the required documents. Hello, can someone guide me on how to correct my background check with Rhodie? Checkr recently completed a background check for me for Uber and Lyft, and it came back clear. I need Rhodie to be aware that my background check is good so I can start working with them. Can someone assist in communicating to Rhodie that my background check is clear? 1. I am currently using my personal credit card to set up the account at Checkr. However, I would like to change the payment method to the company's credit card or a business check. I am a driver on the Uber platform, and my background check was conducted on 3/06/23, but it is still pending. Uber has suspended my access, which is hindering my ability to earn income. In the past, my background checks have typically been completed within a week, but it has been over 30 days this time with no updates. I have a clean record with no criminal activity that would necessitate a longer processing time. I have not been asked for any additional information by Uber. Hello, I'm Markita Shantelle Adams. I use Shipt and DoorDash. My Shipt background check with CheckR was quick, but my DoorDash check has been processing for a month via CheckR. I've contacted DoorDash daily, but their troubleshooting and emails haven't helped. They advised me to contact CheckR, but I couldn't find a number. I have been attempting to register for delivery apps like Uber Eats and DoorDash to earn extra income. However, my background check is consistently showing a charge of resisting a police officer, which is preventing me from proceeding. I am perplexed because I have a FOID card, indicating that the state police conducted and approved a background check for me, even granting me a gun license. While doing an Uber delivery a month ago, my car and wallet were stolen. I contacted Uber for assistance, and they recommended renting a car to continue with deliveries. However, they placed my account on hold for a background check due to it being a new application. After a month of waiting, I am facing eviction for not being able to pay my rent on time. Uber support informed me that I have to wait an additional 15 days for the background check results before regaining access to my account. The lack of concern for my lost belongings and impending homelessness has added immense stress, affecting my health. Uber should prioritize the well-being of its drivers and address these issues promptly.
