I need help tracking a parcel shipped from NY, USA via UPS on Dec. 1. It reached Canadian customs on Dec. 8 and was transferred to Canada Post. After a few updates, it has been stuck for 8 days since showing "In Transit by Post Office" on Dec. 12. The sender can't track it as it's with Canada Post now. Canada Post says I need a new tracking number. The last status is "Package arrived at international carrier" on Dec. 12. I lack further information on its current location or estimated arrival. On December 6, [redacted], I dropped off a brown envelope at the St. Catharines post office located at Linwell and Grantham Ave. The envelope was sent from [redacted] - [redacted] Lakeshore Road, St. Catharines, Ontario L2N 2T5 to [redacted] Longfellow Avenue, Windsor, Ontario N9G 2N3. Unfortunately, as of today, December 20, the recipient has not received it. Yesterday, I visited the post office and was met with a very rude response from an employee. Despite my inquiry about the missing envelope, she dismissively said, "I'm not surprised," and refused to assist me further. Inside the envelope are Christmas cards and a cheque intended for my grandchildren. I would appreciate any help in resolving this issue.

I ordered a package from Amazon and it shows as 'delivered to mailbox', but it hasn't arrived in 10 days. I'm worried it might be in our communal package mailbox without the key in my personal mailbox, or it could have been left outside and taken. Despite Amazon and Canada Post tracking it as delivered, I have not received it. The order number is [redacted][redacted]. Thank you.

Hello, I am patiently waiting for a package sent from the UK, but it has not arrived yet. The tracking information online shows that the package is still in transit. It has been showing this status for the past three days since it reached Mississauga on the 14th of December. I intended to send my parcels using Purolator, but I stopped at the Post Office for local deliveries. I spoke with a Canada Post representative and was assured that my 3 parcels would be sent to Edmonton and have a guaranteed delivery date. I paid the calculated costs and was repeatedly told they would arrive by December 19th with Priority Post. However, I was disappointed to find out they will now be delivered on December 23rd, despite paying over $[redacted] for the promised service. If I had chosen Purolator, the cost might have been similar, but the guaranteed delivery would have been met. I had someone expecting the parcels on the original date and now feel unsatisfied with the service provided, especially during the holiday season.

At the community mailbox, the delivery person consistently crams parcels in so tightly that I've now had to cut open two packages just to retrieve my items. One package was bubble-wrapped, and the other was in a box. The community box's front is left open when parcels are inserted, barely fitting. However, once it's closed, the frame constricts the opening, making it difficult to retrieve parcels. Additionally, the snow accumulates around the box, reaching 1.5 feet in height, causing slippery conditions that could lead to falling off the elevated surface. Climbing the snowy hill becomes challenging, and even if I manage to reach the box, the height of the snow makes accessing it nearly impossible. This situation is occurring in Mono Centre, Ontario.

I've been monitoring my package, tracking number #[redacted][redacted], which has been on its way from Montreal to Greenwood NS since the 16th. According to Logan at CP, it is currently at the Halifax warehouse. However, this information does not indicate that it has been properly processed, and I am concerned as it should not take this long. I am eager to know the current location of my package and if it will be delivered in time for Christmas. Additionally, I would like to understand the process for reimbursement of postage and insurance fees in case the package does not arrive as expected.

I mailed a parcel on Dec. 5, [redacted], with tracking number MJ[redacted]10CA, but it was not delivered. I have already reached out to your customer service, and Laura assisted me. She mentioned that I should continue to monitor the tracking updates and that every time there was a progress, I would receive an email notification. However, when I tried to check the status today, it indicates a message about a duplicate tracking number. Sadly, I have not received any further information, and now the tracking details are unavailable for me to view.

Hello, I dispatched my package to Newfoundland on December 9th. I was informed it would be shipped on the 10th with standard delivery, arriving in 8 days, expected on December 19th. However, the new expected delivery date is now December 27th, making my Christmas package delayed. The website states the delay is due to it being received by Canada Post after the cutoff time. There hasn't been any update on the package since December 16th in New Brunswick. Can you please provide an update on the situation? Additionally, I'm curious if deliveries are made on weekends? Even during last year's strike, my package was never delayed.

I made a purchase from GUESS on December 1, [redacted], with an expected delivery date of December 3rd. However, it's now December 22nd, and I'm extremely frustrated as I've tried contacting Canada Post multiple times without any response. This situation has turned what was supposed to be a pleasant experience into a stressful one as the new year approaches and my package is still not here. I fear it may have been stolen or lost. My tracking number is [redacted][redacted], but so far, I haven't been able to get any help via phone. The lack of communication from Canada Post is very concerning.

I received an email on December 22nd, [redacted], stating an attempt was made to deliver a parcel on December 20th, [redacted], at 9:47. The email mentioned a notification card was left, but I never found one even though I was only gone for 10 minutes. Later, at 11:27, I got another email saying the package was delivered to the receiver, but I was home the whole time and didn't receive anything. There was no delivery truck present during the supposed delivery.

The mail handling service at Maberly Post Office is not satisfactory. I have filed a complaint with reference number [redacted]27, stating that the mail is being held back and not sorted for delivery. It appears that mail delivery is also taking place on Saturdays as I recently received my credit card statement on that day. Furthermore, it seems that the mail carrier is bringing children along during deliveries and mails are being delivered late in the evening around 6-7 pm. Despite a previous complaint resulting in the delivery of 8 parcels, there are still 5 more tracked parcels awaiting scanning at the post office. During my recent visits last week, I was informed that the mail was either out for delivery or unavailable. Each time I visited, there was no progress in sorting mail, causing confusion. After residing in this area for 20 years, I have never encountered such inefficiency and urgently request a resolution. Sincerely, Brenda Trudel.

I found a key in my mailbox meant for a different address and delivered the package. I am awaiting an express post delivery under tracking number [redacted][redacted], showing in transit since Dec 23rd with a delivery date of Dec 19th. I received package 2 of 2, but package 1 of 2 is missing. I am concerned the missing package may have been lost or delivered to the wrong mailbox, similar to the key incident with the [redacted] address.

Hello. I am Nithin from India. In November, I sent a registered mail to World Education Services (WES). Today, I contacted India Post customer care to check the status of my shipment. I was informed that it has reached Canada and has been received by Canada Post. However, I have not received any notification confirming its arrival. Can you assist me with this issue, please? I had a troubling experience with a Canada Post delivery worker on December 23, [redacted], at 3 Manilow Street in Toronto. The delivery car had the plate number AA24750, with the number [redacted] displayed on the back. When I informed him that he had delivered mail meant for 5 Manilow St to my address and asked for my own mail, he initially denied it. After finally acknowledging the mistake and locating my mail in the mailbox of 1 Manilow St, he became agitated. He then made inappropriate racial remarks and threats towards me. I have filed a report with Canada Post and was provided with file number [redacted]04 by agent Stephen.

I am inquiring about tracking # [redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, the package was not delivered on December 20th due to an insufficient address. After contacting Canada Post, they have assigned incident # [redacted]12. I provided the representative with the correct apartment number, which was updated in the system. However, I have not received any further updates since then. I fear that the package may not arrive in time for Christmas, which is disappointing for me and my grandson. I hope that they consider the updated apartment number and deliver it to me, but I am concerned it might get returned to the sender.

Since April 15th, [redacted], I have not received my mail at my new address despite paying for a one-year redirect service. This has caused me significant inconvenience, as I continue to have to travel back to my old address to retrieve important mail. I paid $94.52 for this service but am still facing issues. Just today, the current resident of my old address received crucial information about changes to my out-of-country travel plans that I have been eagerly awaiting. I previously filed a complaint and was given a service ticket number [redacted]99, where an agent named Steve promised a follow-up call and a fee reduction, but neither has transpired. As senior citizens coping with health problems, the stress caused by this situation is substantial for both my husband and me.

I bought a Christmas gift for my daughter at our local Roots store and provided the wrong delivery address by mistake. After contacting customer service twice, I was advised to change the delivery preference to redirect it to a post office near her. However, I couldn't find the option on the tracking page as instructed. The package has been in Calgary since Dec. 14th. The customer service representative mentioned there might be mail backlogs and filled out a ticket for me. I want to ensure the parcel is not sent to the old address and is redirected correctly.

Hello, I had to leave my city unexpectedly to tend to a family matter. I received a parcel on December 16th and a final notice on December 23rd. Unfortunately, I won't be back home within the 10-day window. I kindly request if it's possible to hold the parcel at the post office for a few additional days until I return to Vancouver in January. We dispatched package EH[redacted]37US, which is currently tracked as being in Vancouver since Friday. However, it has yet to reach its destination at [redacted] West 15th Avenue, Vancouver, BC V5Y 1Y3. The local post office in Alaska advised contacting the Metropolitan Area post office, but we are unsure how to obtain their contact information. In a previous occurrence, a similar incident was due to a lockdown in Vancouver affecting mail shipments. We are concerned as the Priority Mail Express has been in Vancouver since the 20th. We are seeking assistance in determining the delay's cause and if further tracking options are available. The box contains essential documents that must be delivered before the weekend.
