I visited the Springfield, Oregon location on December 7th for a takeout order. The next day, I noticed that I did not receive any reward points for this visit. I went back to the location on December 8th with my receipt to address the issue. The manager informed me that they were not responsible for the rewards program. I visited the Oswego, IL location tonight with a party of 7. Unfortunately, I had to wait 50 minutes for my food after the rest of my group received theirs. When I spoke to the manager, he repeatedly called me "Big guy," which made me uncomfortable. He promised to remove my meal from the bill, but it wasn't done until I waited an additional 20 minutes. When I requested to speak with the manager again, it took another 20 minutes, and he continued to refer to me as "Big guy." I expressed my disappointment and mentioned that I had brought out-of-town friends who were also disappointed by the service. The manager admitted they had many issues at the establishment. I suggested he should have been more attentive to our needs instead of making us wait so long for a resolution. Overall, it was a bad experience and I would rate it an F. There are plenty of other dining options available, and I may consider exploring those in the future.

The food was carelessly packaged, resulting in spilled sauces and messy containers. The brisket sandwich was dry and lacked flavor, while the onion rings were greasy, and the chili cheese fries were tasteless. The packaging was inadequate for transporting larger orders, leading to further spillages. I urge BW3 management and the corporate office to address these issues at the Lansing location to ensure a better dining experience for customers. Yesterday, my family and I visited BBW for lunch. The waiter took our order - my son had a cheeseburger, my daughter mac and cheese, and my spouse and I ordered 15 wings and fried pickles. The server brought my daughter's food first, but then we had to wait another 15 minutes for my son's burger. After a total wait of 30 minutes, we spoke to the manager about the delay in our wings and pickles. Unfortunately, the service was not up to par. My daughter didn't enjoy the mac and cheese, and the server never returned to check on us. We had to approach the front desk to request the manager's assistance; the mac and cheese was removed from our bill, but the overall service experience was subpar. It was our first visit, but we might not return in the future.

There was a mistake in my recent Togo order. This has been a recurring issue for the past 7 orders. I understand the current challenges in the food service industry but accuracy should still be a priority in the services offered. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Order #[redacted] I am extremely frustrated. It took me 30 minutes to find a phone number, and then the line was disconnected when I tried to call. The main restaurant line wouldn't go through either. I hope we can resolve this before I have to take further action to get my money back. Here's what happened: I placed an order at 10:11pm with a set delivery time of 11:01pm. I understand delays due to COVID, but waiting almost 2 hours for a completely wrong order is unacceptable. The restaurant held up the DoorDash driver and my sick toddler missed her chicken tenders. The food was cold, messy, and the order was missing my drink. The customer service line didn't work, and the restaurant seemed disorganized. I've never had such a terrible experience. I was charged nearly $10 for fees to be late and have incorrect items. I recently picked up an online order of 30 parmesan garlic boneless wings from the Buffalo Wild Wings at [redacted] Washington St, Thornton, CO [redacted]. Unfortunately, the wings were lacking sauce and came with only one order of carrot/celery, where the celery was inedible due to being rotten. I have witnessed a decline in the food quality at your establishments over the years, and based on this experience, I am considering taking my business elsewhere. I would appreciate a refund for this order or receiving the same order for free in the future to demonstrate a commitment to serving quality food and retain my loyalty.

I want to share my recent experience with a restaurant location that seemed to have an issue with their Tuesday wing deal. Today, I ordered the Buy One, Get One half off deal for the 6-piece traditional wings, priced at $10.49. According to the promotion, I should have paid around $16 for a total of 12 wings. However, I was charged almost $20 for the same number of wings, which was more expensive than the 15-piece option that costs $20 at regular price. I tried to explain the error to the manager, but they disregarded my concerns. Despite the long wait for my food, I decided not to leave a tip due to this issue. I plan to report this incident to Buffalo Wild Wings as it seems like a case of misrepresentation. The service was also subpar and took longer than expected. During our recent visit to the Bellevue location in Green Bay, Wisconsin, we were quite disappointed with the experience. Although we have been there multiple times before, this time the service fell short. Our server only checked on us to take our order and once more 15 minutes after our food arrived and then when giving us the check. The food quality was lacking, especially in my house sampler where there was barely any chili, just a tablespoon. I inquired about the jalapeƱos being fresh, and despite being told they were fresh, there were both small diced and larger canned jalapeƱos in the dish. Moreover, I received bone-in wings instead of the boneless ones that were supposed to come with the sampler. The fries were not hot when served, and even the mozzarella sticks were cold with the cheese inside not being warm. When we raised these concerns with our server, she only noted it down without taking any action and returned with the check. This disappointing experience has made us unsure if we will return in the near future, especially considering the high price we paid for a limited dining experience.

I would like to inquire why I am unable to order an All-American cheeseburger cooked medium rare at your Bellingham, Washington location. I was informed that all burgers are prepared well done. On previous visits to the Lynnwood, Washington location, I have enjoyed four medium rare burgers, showcasing a significant difference in quality. Approximately a month ago, I tried the Bellingham location and received a well-done patty, unlike the Lynnwood experience. Today, when requesting a medium rare burger, I was advised it goes against policy. I am baffled that in today's age, I cannot enjoy a properly cooked burger at any establishment. My love for BDubs stemmed from the AACB, but the inconsistency is disappointing. If this is the establishment's policy, regrettably, I will not be returning. I recently placed an online order at Buffalo Wild Wings in Shreveport, Louisiana. When I went to pick up my order at the store, the ticket had "HEE HEE!! OW" written instead of my name, Michael. As a person named Michael Jackson, I have often dealt with jokes related to the singer. It was surprising and upsetting to encounter this at a restaurant while picking up my food. I did not expect to face this there. It was disappointing, and I chose not to escalate the issue in the restaurant. I hope that this matter is taken seriously, as a simple apology may not suffice. While dining at the Cape Coral location, we encountered a distressing situation where a shift supervisor displayed inappropriate behavior towards the staff. The young wait staff members were kind and friendly, but the supervisor's actions of loudly pointing, yelling, and belittling the staff across the restaurant caused discomfort and embarrassment. It was a terrible experience witnessing such unprofessional conduct. After reporting the incident to the manager, we were told that the supervisor, identified as "Heather," would be coached. Such behavior towards employees is unacceptable, and it's disheartening to see individuals treated in such a manner. We hope for a better working environment for the staff involved, particularly for waitress Olivia and another unnamed girl, who were subjected to this unfortunate behavior.

I ordered 30 boneless wings today with Thai flavor and selected 8 sides of sauces and celery and carrots. After waiting 45 minutes, my order arrived with mostly dry wings lacking Thai sauce. Some had only a small amount at the bottom, making it impossible to mix them properly. I selected 8 sauces and sides but only received 4 and discovered the dipping containers were also short. The experience was disappointing as I expected a complete order to enjoy at home. This incident occurred at the Nashua, NH store on Thursday at 8:00 PM under the name Maheshwar Reddy B. I ordered a 15-piece wings and large potato wedges with cheese at the Columbus, OH location on Georgesville Rd. The waitress notified us that they used the wrong cheese but assured us the wings were ready and was replacing the wedges. It took an extra 17 minutes from the cheese notification to get the corrected order. When she brought the food, it was clear the wings had been sitting. The wings were only warm, while the potato wedges were hot and cheese was melted. The waitress acknowledged the issue with the wedges, but when I mentioned the wings were not warm and seemed old, she did not address it. I am seeking a refund for my purchase made on 7/9/[redacted].

I placed an order on the Buffalo Wild Wings app last Thursday during their bogo promotion. I ordered 20 boneless wings to get the 40 total with the offer. The delivery through DoorDash took longer, and when it arrived, I received the wrong order with a different name. The DoorDash driver said I should contact customer service. Buffalo Wild Wings was unhelpful and directed me back to DoorDash. After a long wait, DoorDash couldn't reorder the correct food from BWW. I offered to pick it up myself, but they wouldn't allow it. Eventually, after more back and forth, they decided to refund me and let me keep the wrong food. I couldn't eat it due to allergies and being pregnant. The manager claimed they didn't honor the bogo deal online and gave me a different order. I felt this was unprofessional and disappointing. I am requesting an accommodation due to the poor handling of the situation. I hope for a gift card to cover a meal for my husband and me to make up for the trouble. Hello Team, I hope all is well. I wanted to share an incident that occurred today at Buffalo Wild Wings in Fremont, California. On August 28th around 10:00 pm, my friends and I were at the bar and ordered 2 Moscow Mules and 1 Long Island. While the bartender was preparing the drinks, I politely asked if he could combine two shots of alcohol in one Moscow Mule. Unfortunately, he refused and when my friend requested an extra shot of the same alcohol, he responded rudely, threatening to remove us from the bar if we persisted. Hello, I placed an order on Sunday through the website, but I received the incorrect items. I contacted customer service and was informed that since I used DoorDash for the order, I needed to contact them. Upon reaching out to DoorDash, I was advised that since I placed the order through the restaurant's website, they would handle the refund. However, when I contacted the restaurant, they could not locate my order and directed me to speak with the general manager, who is unavailable until Thursday or Friday. I am simply seeking a refund for the incorrect order.

I purchased two $40 gift cards online and was expecting to receive two $10 bonus gift cards each. Unfortunately, I only received one $10 bonus gift card. I have been communicating with a customer service representative via email for the past week. Today, I found out that the one and only $10 bonus gift card I received was canceled and a new one was issued. However, this still only adds up to a total of one bonus gift card, not two as promised. I simply want a refund for the $80 I paid for the two $40 gift cards that I have not used yet.

In early October, the night bartender persuaded my wife and me to donate $5 to a cause and in return, she gave us 2 cards for complimentary traditional wings for a future visit. However, upon getting home, we discovered the cards had expired in August 15, [redacted]. Three weeks later, on Saturday, November 4, [redacted], we went back to have dinner. After ordering drinks and an appetizer, we tried to use the free wing cards but the bartender informed us they were invalid. She mentioned we should have received cards for boneless wings instead. The manager then questioned me about the cards and decided to honor only one. This experience left me feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed. The manager, a woman with black hair, possibly Hispanic, seemed to doubt my story and needs training in customer relations. If this issue is not addressed, I will consider taking my business elsewhere.
