Hello, I wanted to discuss my most recent purchase, Order Number [redacted]. I bought a compact refrigerator based on its online dimensions to fit a 17.5-inch-wide under-counter space. However, upon receiving it, I found that the actual width is 19 inches, not the 17.5 inches listed online. I reached out to the seller for a full refund, as I believe there was a discrepancy in the online description. They insisted the correct dimensions were depicted in a picture, but as I based my decision on the text description, I didn't see it beforehand. I purchased a refurbished Dell OptiPlex Business Desktop PC online on August 21, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the monitor is not displaying anything and remains dark. Initially, I thought I could troubleshoot the issues, but it is clear now that the PC is not functioning at all. I need to return it promptly and require a Return Shipping Label. When I click on the "Start a Return" button in my Order History on my Best Buy account, nothing happens, and I am unable to proceed with the return process. That's the situation.

I placed an order on October 17th with order number [redacted]. Three days later, I received an email stating there would be shipping delays. On October 30th, I chatted with Vineeth and discovered the billing address did not match PayPal. I was advised to cancel and reorder with a different payment method. When I tried to reorder, I lost the earbuds promotion and decided not to proceed. I spoke with Christal at Best Buy, who confirmed my address was correct and mentioned that the chat did not have all the necessary information. She recommended calling her 3-5 days after placing a new order so she could check with the warehouse or Purolator. It was not clear that I needed to follow up within 3-5 days. I chose to chat before calling and I'm quite disappointed with the overall experience.
