I recently spoke with a staff member over the phone regarding my complaint, and was provided with Complaint number [redacted]9. The operator, Eehas, was understanding and promised to address the issue. My complaint pertains to the delivery contractor working from the Maryborough Central Victoria Post Office. Every time a new contractor takes over, deliveries to my address cease. I've observed the previous contractors not making attempts to deliver properly. Despite providing easy access through the open back gate, the new contractor simply sends emails directing me to pick up parcels at the Post Office. This is inconvenient, especially considering the weight of some items like wine bottles. I will not be collecting future parcels from the Post Office, and if necessary, I will escalate this matter to my local MP. I expect deliveries to resume promptly to avoid losing business and paying for a service that is not being fulfilled.

I am James Whysall from 12 Manning St, Gloucester, NSW [redacted]. A parcel addressed to me was sent on the 3rd of March. I noticed no tracking updates until today, the 14/03/23, at 10:30 a.m. It seems the parcel has been extensively traveling around Sydney, passing through Granville, Chullora, and making multiple trips between the two locations. It has been reprocessed 11 times in Granville before being sent to Alexandria and then back to Granville, and now supposedly on its way to Strathfield before reaching Gloucester, NSW. I am extremely disappointed with this unnecessary and prolonged journey my parcel has been taking. James Whysall

I am trying to track a package that was originally heading to Darwin, where I am located. However, the tracking now shows that it is in New South Wales and has not been updated for three days. Despite using automated services, they indicate no issues. The delivery date has been pushed from today to next Wednesday, making it a two-week transit time. I need to know why the parcel is still in NSW and what steps I can take to get it moving towards me. Thank you.

I shipped an item from Hawaii to St. Mary's, Australia using USPS Priority Mail with tracking number CH[redacted]20US. The item departed Hawaii on 04/14/23, and the latest update shows that it was processed through a facility in Australia on May 1, [redacted] at 10:16 am and is currently in transit to the destination. The item has departed Melbourne, Australia on April 22, [redacted] at 10:00 pm. I bought the item from the Australian company Foil Drive and it was being sent back for additional work. However, the latest email from the company advised me to contact Australia Post because their tracking information shows no movement since 05/05/23, which does not match the USPS tracking details. Any assistance with ensuring the delivery of the parcel, understanding the reason for the delay, or determining if it is lost would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I returned an item to a company in New York, United States, from Melbourne, Australia, over a month ago using express post. However, the tracking has not been updated for 3 weeks after it cleared customs in the US and was supposed to be handed back to the postal service for delivery. I am disappointed with the lack of information and response to my inquiries. I urgently need this matter resolved and the item delivered promptly.

I shipped an item from Adelaide on July 17, with the tracking number R[redacted][redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, it seems to have been lost somewhere in Queensland. It has been moving up and down the Queensland coast for the past 10 days. Last week, I spoke to someone who mentioned there might have been an issue with the post code provided during shipping from Adelaide to Currumbin in Queensland. They assured me they would correct it, but the package is now on its way to Rockhampton after briefly stopping in Brisbane. I am confused about the route my package is taking and would appreciate any updates on its location.

I am frustrated with the demands from Australia Post regarding the non-delivery of my online parcels. Despite being home due to illness, the postman leaves a card claiming I wasn't there to receive the package. At 88 years old, I depend on online shopping for essentials, making it challenging to collect parcels in person. The postman should be more honest and diligent in their job rather than inconveniencing me with unnecessary trips to the post office.

I am experiencing difficulties with receiving my online purchases through the mail service. Instead of delivering directly to my door, the postman leaves a card in my mailbox, making it challenging for me to retrieve the parcels due to my age and medical condition. I propose that Australia Post ensures that any packages for me, Janet W. at Unit 4/39 Oswald Street Elsternwick, are delivered to me directly, with the option of leaving them safely behind the screen door if I am not available. I have seen reports in the Australian Daily Mail about this issue, highlighting the need for Australia Post to address and rectify this dishonest practice.

Subject: Urgent: Issue with Recent Order Delivery LH[redacted]65AU Hello, I am reaching out to bring to your attention a pressing matter concerning my recent order from "Artist First." Three weeks ago, I placed an order for a hoodie that was scheduled for delivery by AusPost. The delivery is heading to Jawornicka 15D/33 60-[redacted] PoznaƄ, Poland. My contact number is +48 [redacted] [redacted] [redacted], and the tracking number is LH[redacted]65AU. Despite the package arriving in Warsaw, Poland on 15.11, as per your official website's status update, I have encountered multiple challenges. On 16.11, I received an email stating a failed delivery attempt by the courier. It was mentioned that the parcel would be redirected to a collection point and I would receive further instructions, but no additional information has been provided since. The lack of communication and absence of contact from the courier have left me uninformed about my parcel's status and its collection location. The inconsistent handling of this international delivery is disappointing. It's perplexing that the package has been at a collection point in the capital city of Poland for two weeks based on your tracking, yet it couldn't be delivered 300km away. I am urgently seeking your help in resolving this issue. I need clear updates on my parcel's current status, the collection point's address, and any necessary steps to ensure successful delivery. Thank you for addressing this promptly. Your assistance is highly valued in resolving this matter quickly. Best regards, Mateusz K.
