To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to suggest adding Sunday happy hour specials at the Applebee’s on Executive Blvd in Yonkers, NY. This location holds a special place in my heart as it is a warm and family-friendly spot for my loved ones and me. The staff is always kind and accommodating, making our visits enjoyable. The discounted appetizers offer a budget-friendly option for us to unwind during these challenging times. Growing up in a financially strained environment, I understand the importance of each dollar and cherish the moments spent with family at this restaurant. While quality time here is precious, it is not always financially feasible. Sundays are meant for family bonding and relaxation, free from monetary worries. I am not only voicing my own thoughts but also representing others in the low-income community who may silently share similar struggles. I urge you to consider this request with empathy towards individuals facing financial adversity. Despite our limited means, I teach my children the value of togetherness at this establishment. Please, kindly consider introducing Sunday Happy Hours at the Applebee’s on Executive Blvd in Yonkers, NY.

Apple Bees: Mohammed Kalil and Suraj are involved in a business where candidates pay [redacted] dirhams to secure job interviews and cash job offers. A Sri Lankan boy, lacking English skills, went for an interview and was assisted by Suraj to secure the job by the name of "Hirun Geeth." It seems there might be a fraudulent scheme orchestrated by Mohammed Kalil and his companion Suraj. If you have any doubts about the legitimacy of this operation, you have the right to request a re-evaluation before proceeding. Thank you.

I would like to request the removal of two employees from store [redacted] Parker Rd Ste A, Round Rock, Texas [redacted]. My daughters and cousin have been enduring inappropriate behavior from manager Kyle Pickett for over a month. Despite multiple reports to district manager Mindy and managers Christina, Shannon, and Crystal, nothing has been done. Kyle's behavior includes using vulgar language, coming to work drunk, leaving during shifts to buy alcohol, and mishandling money. This has caused financial losses and created a hostile work environment. I urge immediate action to address these issues and have Kyle and Mindy removed from the restaurant to ensure a safe and respectful workplace for all employees.

This past Saturday, 07-15-23, my family and I dined at Applebee's on [redacted] Roosevelt Blvd. Our family consists of two adults and two kids, and we arrived at around 8 pm. After being seated, we waited for approximately 15 minutes before our waitress, Melanie P., greeted us. Despite being regular customers, there were issues with our order. The boneless buffalo wings and one of the kids' meals arrived cold. We informed Melanie who took the food back after a 30-minute delay. During the wait, an employee started sweeping, causing a sanitary concern as food was still on our table. Additionally, the employee was using profanity loudly on the phone, which was inappropriate given the presence of my 8 and 3-year-old kids. This behavior, along with the delay in serving corrected food, led us to take our meals to go at 9:04 pm. We have been loyal customers of Applebee's for a long time but due to this unprofessional experience, we will not be returning.

On August 4th, my sister and I dined at Applebee's in Painted Post, NY. We both ordered the linguine with chicken breast. Unfortunately, the chicken tasted burnt, and there was not enough sauce on the noodles to enjoy the meal. When we raised our concerns with the manager, he brought us additional alfredo sauce. Despite trying to salvage the dish, the noodles were extremely starchy and clumped together, making it inedible. We left feeling dissatisfied after paying for a disappointing meal and witnessing smaller portions at increased prices. As a customer, this experience is unacceptable and leaves much to be desired.

My spouse and I dined at Applebee's in Hays, Kansas on 10-23-[redacted]. We ordered two sirloin steaks for $30. The experience was disappointing. The salad contained black, slimy lettuce, the broccoli was undercooked, the potatoes were cold, and the steak was tough to eat. When I requested to speak to a manager, the interaction was not pleasant, and no mention was made about adjusting the bill. After waiting, I took the bill to the register where I was informed that $17 was deducted. However, we were still unsatisfied and ended up going to Wendy's for a meal as we were still hungry. The poor quality of food and service left us feeling disgusted. Considering the high prices, Applebee's may face repercussions if they continue serving subpar food. I attempted to complete a survey but encountered issues with the site being unavailable.

For years, my son has driven 84 miles each way to treat me to dinner. Recently, my husband and I visited Applebee's on Monday for a delightful Christmas dinner at 2 o'clock. However, our experience on Friday wasn't as pleasant. My husband received fewer shrimp than advertised on TV. Despite bringing this up with the waitress, she seemed indifferent. It was my 82nd birthday, and when I inquired about the free dessert, she informed me that Applebee's doesn't offer that. I mentioned how my son takes me out every year for my birthday, and this time felt different. We dine at Applebee's approximately once a month, but we may reconsider our choice after this experience. The waitress's dismissive attitude was disappointing. I usually enjoy a steak on my birthday, and I feel like our patronage wasn't valued. With many other restaurants to choose from, despite the convenience, we might explore other dining options. The noisy and potentially confrontational ambiance at this location was also unsettling, perhaps indicating a need for a partition to address this issue.
