I need help with Amazon customer service. I ordered an item on November 28, [redacted], and it's not out of stock, but I have to wait until December 3rd for it to ship. It is a 2-day shipping item, so it should have shipped on December 3 and been delivered on December 6, but there was a one day delay. I contacted customer service, but they were not helpful at all. I hope this issue gets attention so that Amazon responds appropriately. Thank you.

I placed an order on 29-Nov-[redacted] with Order #[redacted]-[redacted] for a set of 2 Hamster London pen scissors worth Rs. [redacted], but the seller only sent one on every purchase. I encountered this issue with both my first and second orders, despite requesting a replacement. However, the replacement was canceled by Amazon citing that the requirements were not fulfilled, even though they had only sent one item. After speaking with customer care, they advised me to return the item. For the second order, I was told by Customer Agent Ms. Meenakshi to reorder, promising arrangements for receiving the correct quantity (referencing attached chat). Unfortunately, only one item was received again. After several complaints, Jaspreet from the leadership team called to apologize and assured me that the issue will be resolved by providing a replacement with two products. I informed him I would be out of town on 5th Dec [redacted], the scheduled delivery date, so he advised me to contact today to reschedule for 8th Dec [redacted] or propose an alternative solution. I am encountering an issue with a second verification prompt, even though I have already input the code through my Gmail account. Using a library computer restricts me from simply signing in, leading to this predicament. The phone number it now requests verification for is inactive. I am prompted to reach out to customer support for resolution. This issue arose previously on Amazon, and I had rectified my phone number then. I would appreciate a prompt response as I am currently using a library computer and do not have one at my residence.

I am dissatisfied with the recent service I have received. Last week, my order was delayed, and obtaining information about it was time-consuming. The provided information was incorrect and insufficient, showing a lack of professionalism. Unfortunately, I am experiencing a similar situation this week. Originally scheduled for Saturday, then Sunday, I recently learned my order is now rescheduled for tomorrow. Despite being a long-time member, I am considering ending my Amazon Prime subscription.

My packages were supposed to be delivered today, 12/4/[redacted]. My street address is [redacted] Wall St., Hebron, CT [redacted], and my mailing address is PO Box 27, Hebron, CT [redacted]. They are sending my purchase to the PO instead of my home address. UPS attempted delivery at the PO today, but since it's Sunday, no one was there. Despite being at my home address, no UPS delivery was made. I'm frustrated and 79 years old, and I don't need this hassle. Could you please fix this promptly so I can receive my purchases soon? When ordering on Amazon, it clearly states they cannot deliver to PO boxes, so I provided my home address for delivery, which seems to have been overlooked. Kindly correct and resend. I purchased a pair of Beats earbuds and a pink fuzzy phone case on Black Friday weekend in November [redacted]. The tracking status was updated to delivered on December 3rd, but I have not received the items. After contacting customer service, I was informed that the item was marked as delivered by mistake. The original delivery date was supposed to be on 12/4/22. I am unsure if the items were delivered to the wrong address. These are intended as Christmas gifts, so I will need them to be resent promptly and delivered to the correct address before Christmas Eve.

I've never had trouble logging into my Amazon account until yesterday when I couldn't access it. I contacted customer service yesterday, and after speaking with a representative, she attempted to assist me but ultimately couldn't resolve the issue and advised me to call again. Hello everyone, I have encountered an issue with my recent order from Amazon. They indicated that my order was lost, so I decided to cancel it. Despite the cancellation, I was informed that I would receive a refund once the items were returned. Since the items were never received, I have not been able to return them. Thankfully, I reordered the items and they have now arrived. However, I am still waiting on the refund for the initial order placed on November 10th. I appreciate any guidance on this matter as the online Amazon customer support was unable to assist me. Someone called my phone number claiming I ordered three laptops, which I did not. The person sounded Indian and mentioned Amazon, but I don't have an account there. I'm concerned about potential unauthorized access to my phone and do not want any items related to my number or name, William Tallman, to be sent. I've been attempting to return a Christmas garland as it's too heavy and large for my mantle. I used my phone to scan the URL code and visited the UPS store for the return. Unfortunately, the picture of the code turned out blurry, making it impossible for the UPS store to scan it effectively. Despite our efforts to take multiple pictures and revisiting the store, we were unsuccessful each time. I would appreciate guidance on how to proceed with the return.

Hello! I placed an order using my Amazon account for products totaling 65.51 euros on December 6, [redacted] at 4:32 pm Rome time. Just 2 minutes later at 4:34 pm, I received an email informing me that my account had been suspended. Despite attempting to verify my account three times, I was unsuccessful. Later that evening at 10:30 pm Italian time, Amazon charged an additional 73.34 euros. Since my account was suspended and I couldn't place any orders, I did not authorize this transaction. Originally from Kazakhstan, I currently reside in Bologna, Italy for study purposes. I intended to have the products delivered to my address at Via Seragnoli 18, where I am registered. My concerns are as follows: 1) Why was an extra 73.34 euros deducted, and when can I expect a refund? 2) How can I successfully verify my account? 3) If my verification request is denied, will I receive a refund? I made a purchase for a coffee table back in November. I couldn't find any order details in my account and the payment hadn't been deducted from my bank account at that time. Recently, I received a notice from Canada Post to pick up a parcel, which turned out to be the coffee table I had ordered. I was surprised to find out that the payment of $[redacted] had been deducted from my bank account. Since I have already ordered another coffee table, I would like to return this one. I am a Prime Video user with the user ID: [redacted] I need to update my password but can't proceed without logging in. Unfortunately, the system is asking for my old credit card details to log in, which I don't have as the card was lost. It's a bit of a catch-22 situation because I need to update the credit card information on the account to proceed. How can I go about changing my credit card details? I reside in South Africa.

I have noticed Amazon ads on Twitter pages of white supremacists. If this continues, I will cancel my yearly Amazon membership. Corporations need to be accountable for where their ads appear. Amazon, take notice and choose wisely. Do not support hate groups with your ads. Regards, K.W.

I recently purchased the NIV Chronological Study Bible as a Christmas gift, but upon receiving it yesterday, I noticed that the book cover is in poor condition due to inadequate packaging. Hello, I need assistance. I am currently in a foreign country and experiencing difficulty logging into my Amazon account on amazon.com. I have noticed a recurring charge for Amazon Prime on my credit card statement for the last five months. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my account to manage this issue. I have been watching "The Dog Whisperer," and noticed that all seasons are available for a season pass except for Seasons 3 and 4. The only option for these seasons is HD at $3 per episode, which amounts to $60 for a season. This seems unreasonable for older episodes, and I suspect there might be a mistake in how it's set up. Can you please verify if a season pass for "Dog Whisperer" Seasons 3 and 4 is available? My dog's behavior is really challenging, and I need to watch the show as soon as possible! Thank you!
