In January [redacted], I placed an order worth $48.55, which was never delivered. Despite being advised that the order might arrive late, I chose to wait and see. If the items did not arrive within 90 days, I was assured that a refund would be issued to my card. Unfortunately, the items never arrived, and the refund was never processed. Despite reaching out to customer service through chat, I have yet to receive the refund promised. I am now being informed that it is too late to receive a refund, which is disappointing as I trusted Amazon to honor their commitment to refunding the amount.

I placed an order for a plug-and-play hot tub/spa back in August. However, despite having the tracking number, the item was delivered to a different address in Wisconsin, not mine. I have been trying to reach out to the company multiple times through email, but I have only received a response once. At this point, I no longer want the hot tub and I am requesting a refund to be issued back to my card. If they are unable to process the refund, then I expect to receive the product within a week as originally intended. It is frustrating to have waited this long for the item and not receive proper communication or resolution from the company.

I own a 51-inch HISENSE Smart TV that is around 7 years old. Recently, I have been facing issues while trying to stream movies on AMAZON Prime. When I attempt to load a movie, I receive an error message stating, "Oops, Something Went Wrong, please go to amazon/video help." Despite trying various suggestions on the Amazon website, I have been unsuccessful in resolving the issue. I can stream Amazon movies on my other devices such as my Android phone, HP computer, and Samsung tablet without any problem, but unfortunately not on my Hisense TV. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter as I am eager to watch Amazon movies on my TV.

I bought a small sewing machine for my wife, but it was faulty. I initiated a return by pick up with Hermes on December 15, [redacted]. It's now December 29, [redacted], and there has been no update despite Amazon indicating it would be collected the following working day. I've since ordered and received a different machine but still have the defective one, awaiting a refund. The faulty machine poses a safety hazard, and I'm eager for it to be collected and refunded. While I could return it to the local post office, I'm unsure if a new returns label would be necessary. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

After my package was meant to arrive next week, my account got put on hold with no explanation! If I don't receive my order or have my account released, I'll take legal action! I can't believe I spent nearly $[redacted], and now it says my account is on hold just because the package was due next week - this is frustrating! I want the items I purchased. I have already provided my Amazon cards and necessary information, now it's your turn to unlock my account. Those were two Christmas gift cards, and I didn't receive anything for Christmas, so please stop messing with my money and account!

I have been mistakenly charged twice for an Amazon Prime membership that is not associated with my account. It appears someone else has my card details and is using them for their Amazon Prime account. Today, an additional £7.99 was deducted from my bank account. I kindly request refunds for these charges. The initial payment was on November 29th, [redacted]. I feel as though my money is being taken without permission. I have contacted my bank, but they could only block the transactions. I received the Cuisinart mini prep plus processor from my daughter-in-law. It was scheduled for delivery yesterday but the courier claimed my residence was closed as it's in an apartment. Today, the package was left outside without a knock, even though someone was in the living room near the door. This careless delivery on the ground floor of an apartment complex is concerning. The Prime service experience was not satisfactory.

My account was unexpectedly deactivated after using gift cards to purchase store branded gift cards following advice from an Amazon representative. A week later, my remaining gift cards were invalidated without warning, causing me to lose the hard-earned rewards I accumulated through overtime at JetBlue. My Kindle Fire has been having issues lately. It keeps shutting off, went into reboot mode, and even adjusted the volume on its own. I've tried various methods to fix it, and it has stopped rebooting and changing the volume by itself, but it still randomly shuts off. To resolve this problem, I request a replacement Kindle Fire tablet with a built-in webcam, not just a basic e-reader like the regular Kindle.

I'm really frustrated with trying to contact Amazon. They claim to be accessible globally, but it's been a struggle just to get this far. One thing that really bothers me is the mix of foreign language videos with English content. It's annoying to click on a video and find subtitles. Can't they just create a separate section for foreign language videos? I've raised this concern before, as have others, but it feels like they're ignoring it completely. It's so frustrating!

I recently bought two $25 gift cards for a friend, but she didn't want them and said she got a refund. She mentioned that Amazon only provides refunds for cards $50 and above. She suggested buying another $25 card and emailing it to [redacted] to process the refund. Just wondering if this is a legitimate process with Amazon.

I recently ordered an N95 mask set for delivery, and I intended for it to be sent to the Ptucent Amazon Hub located at Whole Foods in Columbia ND. However, the order was automatically scheduled for delivery to my apartment at [redacted] Columbia Road, Columbia, MD [redacted]. I believe deliveries are safer when sent to the Amazon Hub at Whole Foods. I would like this corrected as soon as possible. Unfortunately, I was not given the option to choose the Hub during the order process. If it's not possible to change the delivery location to the Amazon Hub, please cancel the order immediately. I noticed three unfamiliar charges on my bank statement from your company on December 16th. The first charge was $[redacted].00, the second was $12.94, and the third was $22.94. I have never made any purchases from your company, especially on that date. I am requesting a refund for these unauthorized transactions. Tomorrow, I plan to visit my bank to report this issue, and if necessary, take further action. I recently received an email notifying me that one of my subscribe and save items was unavailable. Consequently, I attempted to cancel the order. To my surprise, today I discovered that $50 has been charged for an item that is not even showing as available. Canceling an order typically implies that the order is unwanted. The address for delivery is incorrect, and it seems that I have been charged for an item that I canceled due to unavailability, as indicated by Amazon. As a visually impaired individual, I may have overlooked a step in the process due to the lack of accessibility. I request a refund promptly as I was not informed that this order would be processed. This situation needs to be rectified immediately.

Hello and thank you for assisting me. I am experiencing delivery problems with my recent Amazon orders. Firstly, I never received the bromelain pills, yet I was charged. I am requesting a refund for this item as I never received it in the mail. Secondly, I received an empty package for the Hungry Caterpillar book, no product was inside. I recently purchased a bundle package of three items and paid for expedited delivery. The estimated delivery date kept changing, so I decided to cancel the order. I prefer using the accounting system for the Gift card, but my bank keeps declining my Top-up orders. I contacted the bank like Amazon suggested, but they couldn't find an issue. I even got a new Halifax clarity card, but the problem persists. Interestingly, when I pay directly with the same card (without using a gift card), there are no payment issues.
