Despite having this setup, I encounter an issue when trying to watch some content on my LG Smart TV 55UK7500PDA. The message indicates that the movie or series is not available in my region. Surprisingly, this problem persists only on this specific TV, as my other devices work without any issues. I have already registered the TV with Amazon Prime, but the problem remains unresolved. A team member suggested an upgrade for $[redacted].99, which seemed suspicious to me, and I did not proceed with it. I seek guidance on how to resolve this matter promptly. Hello, my name is Robert Massa, and I'm reaching out about a missing delivery concern. It's currently 11 p.m. Pacific time in California, Stockton [redacted], with a temperature of 68 degrees. I woke up from my nap and realized that my coffee delivery from Amazon hasn't arrived as promised by Jeff Bezos. I had expected it to be here today. I've already paid for it and am quite disappointed by this. Hopefully, it can be delivered by 6 a.m. If not by then, by 7 a.m. or even 8 a.m. In case of further delay, I may need to make other arrangements, especially since I also have a medication pick-up scheduled for the 15th at Walgreens. I've contacted customer service multiple times, only to be disconnected due to system issues. I need assistance with returning a defective Insignia 43" TV bought from Amazon. The TV is stuck on an "Updating" error and won't link to my Amazon account despite troubleshooting and a factory reset. Insignia advised me to return it. I expect a full refund of $[redacted]+ to be credited to my bank, not Amazon account. Numerous consumers experienced similar issues, and I can't process the return online as the page is malfunctioning. I require guidance on returning the TV and assurance of the refund.

I am currently locked out of my account for over four months. I have numerous Audible and Kindle books that I do not want to lose. I also have an Amazon Prime TV subscription that I am unable to access. Following my divorce in January [redacted], I changed my name from Patricia Blanche Dunn to Patty Johnson. The phone I am using belongs to my grandson, and it displays his name, Lucas Bryant, on my Amazon account instead of mine. The credit/debit card on file is under my name, Patty Johnson. I struggle to remember all my passwords, including the one needed to buy Dr. Gundry's new Kindle book. I am currently using a Dell computer with McAfee due to my previous computer being hacked. I purchased this Dell from Best Buy instead of using my Amazon account.

I need assistance recovering over $2,[redacted] that is owed to me by NyFineJewelry, a shop on Etsy owned by Jackie Chen. Despite promises to return my money since late January, I have been unsuccessful in retrieving it. I have reached out to the manager of the Regions Office on Winchester Road multiple times without success. I have also faced difficulties accessing my Amazon and Etsy accounts since January. I have never encountered issues with my Amazon account in decades of use. I am eager to have a recorded phone call with Regions to discuss the unresolved situation with Jackie and the missing funds. I have repeatedly shared my concerns with the head of the Regions branch in Huntsville, regarding the amount owed to me by Jackie Chen. She has failed to refund me despite multiple promises of an immediate return to my account. I am anxiously awaiting a resolution to this matter, as the funds are significant to me and could greatly benefit my family.

I received a text notification from the delivery person, but unfortunately, my phone was turned off that day, and I missed the message until the following day. The delivery person mentioned concerns about chickens, but I don't have any. According to Amazon, my package containing collagen, bone induction Bluetooth headphones, two 6-foot Type C charging cords, and a USB wall plug, should have been delivered to me in person, which didn't happen. After reaching out to customer support, I was advised to wait for the delivery to possibly show up, but it hasn't arrived. It seems someone in my neighborhood might be intercepting my packages. This has happened before with another delivery. My driveway has two turnoffs, and I am the second right turn on the left. I appreciate your help in locating my missing items. Every time I access smile.amazon.com, a popup appears prompting me to install "Amazon Assistant", causing irritation. I do not require or desire Amazon Assistant and wish to remove these popup messages. It disrupts my shopping experience to continually close this unwanted dialog. I am seeking a permanent solution to eliminate this nagging issue. I can independently navigate to smile.amazon.com and do not wish to be redirected. I want to distance myself from Amazon Assistant and avoid dealing with these pesky popups during my visits. Finding a way to disable this persistent annoyance is crucial for me.

I ordered the item below from Amazon in January. Last night, I requested a refund and just received the following generic reply. The vendor should have contacted me to apologize and issue a refund when they realized they couldn't ship the item instead of hoping I wouldn't notice. This behavior is unacceptable, and they should be removed from the platform. I purchased headboard brackets, a king size frame, and mattress on Amazon. Upon assembling the bed, I realized I no longer require the headboard. I have heard that Amazon may close accounts with excessive returns. Although I rarely return items, within the last few months, I have had to return 5 or 6 inexpensive items. The brackets cost $25, and now they are no longer needed. I am hesitant to make the return due to fear of potential account suspension. What course of action would be advisable in this situation?

On May 28, I disabled two-step authentication due to restrictions at work. Today, I can't login as it's sending codes to my cell phone, which I can't use at work. I've requested email two-step, but can't see that option on my account. I need to access my account to place orders. Customer Service is only accessible when logged in. I hope to use email for two-step authentication, as I can check it at work.

I've been attempting to get an authorization notification on my phone from Amazon. I've refreshed it at least 8 times, but I can't proceed with my order without it. What steps should Amazon take to ensure I receive the notification? When I contacted customer service, they asked for details on my last order and its number, which I couldn't recall. They suggested changing my account, but I'm unable to do so due to my email address and linked debit card. How can Amazon resolve this issue? I've never encountered this problem previously.

Dear Sir, I placed an order for an M Cart case for an iPad Pro 10.5 on April 23, [redacted], with M/s. Manya PSC. The payment of Rs. [redacted] was made through SBI net banking on the same day the order was placed. The item was delivered on April 29, [redacted]. Upon opening the package, I discovered the item was broken and I initiated a refund on May 2 or 3, [redacted], due to the item not meeting the expected standard. I received a notification that the refund would be processed within 2 to 3 days. However, as of today, the money has not been refunded to my SBI account. I kindly request your assistance in confirming if the refund has been processed or not. If not, please arrange for the money to be credited back to my account. Thank you.

Consequently, a return request was initiated through the return or replace items dialogue box. Unfortunately, during the return process, both boxes containing the items were inadvertently given to your Amazon agent. The first box held two items while the second box contained one item. This was communicated to Ms. Neha on June 5th, [redacted]. Subsequently, during the second attempt to collect the item, it was not available as it had already been returned to the initial agent. Order no.od[redacted][redacted]0, dated 9/5/[redacted], shows Amazon or its supplier using my GST and PAN card for online sales. I am Shahfaizan, owner of Auto Slide Delhi. I can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted] I am concerned about the unauthorized use of my legal business identity by Amazon and demand an explanation. I intend to take legal action by sending a notice and filing an FIR with the help of the media soon. This scandalous situation must be addressed promptly as it implicates Amazon in using others' information for personal gain. I will pursue this matter seriously with the authorities and legal system. Attached is a copy of the bill that highlights the misuse of GST and PAN details. Expect to hear from me in court shortly.

My husband has been receiving repeated phone calls from the number [redacted] claiming he owes over $[redacted] in debt to Amazon. Despite our attempts to call back, we only encounter a busy signal. We are unsure if this debt is valid. We suspect someone may have accessed my husband's old phone as these calls started after he purchased a new phone without erasing the old one. Despite this not being an Amazon tracking number, I understand that Bluecare Couriers are linked to Amazon, and I believe you can assist in this matter. The courier claims to have delivered the package on June 11th, [redacted], but our CCTV footage does not show this. Additionally, the parcel seems to have been sent from a location 45 miles away from your depot, which is unusual. I have contacted Bluecare Express Couriers multiple times, but they have been unresponsive. The second parcel tracking number is BCEQA[redacted]YQ, where the driver had difficulty finding my address and ultimately returned the item to the warehouse.
