Hello, I recently made a purchase on AliExpress from the seller Latin Dance Clothing Wholesale Shop. The store status indicates that my order hasn't been shipped, but the seller claims that it's already on its way. Additionally, I tried to arrange for express shipping by paying extra, but the seller suggested redirecting that payment to a different item instead of actually sending it express. When I asked for the tracking number, the seller said there isn't one available. I also requested them to update the order status on AliExpress, but it still shows as not shipped. My order was supposed to arrive by the 5th of February, and I'm concerned as I have no confirmation that the package has been sent or that I'll receive it, including the additional money paid for express shipping. I appreciate any assistance with this matter. Thank you.

Hello, I made a purchase on Aliexpress with order number [redacted][redacted] in September [redacted]. I opened a dispute due to a defect in the product. Following the seller's advice, I let the dispute end, and sent the product to Germany for repair by the end of November [redacted]. In late December [redacted], I inquired about the repair status and was initially informed that the seller hadn't received the product. After providing shipping details once more, they acknowledged receiving the product and assured me it would be repaired. However, upon my recent inquiry yesterday, they seemed unaware of the situation. I am concerned that I may not receive my robot. Seeking your assistance in this matter. Thank you.

I bought a faulty item from Aliexpress (Order Number: [redacted][redacted]) and followed the return instructions by sending it back to Parcelpoint with tracking number PHFDLWC8 within the specified timeframe. Despite multiple communications with Parcelpoint, I have yet to receive my refund. Parcelpoint reassured me they would resolve the issue with Aliexpress, but unfortunately, I have not seen any progress on my refund, and now Parcelpoint is unresponsive.

I bought an Android Car Radio from the seller named "GcPaSr factory Store" with order number [redacted][redacted] for $[redacted].72. The product arrived with significant issues: none of the physical buttons function, and the fan noise disrupts the music. After attempting a suggested fix from the vendor, the device is now completely unusable due to a flawed update sent by the seller. Despite my efforts to work with the merchant and AliExpress support, only a partial refund of $[redacted].29 was granted, closing the dispute prematurely. The vendor's additional attempts to address the problem resulted in the device being rendered inoperable. I am currently unable to reach customer service to address the situation further, and I am seeking either a full refund or a replacement device, as the partial refund does not suffice for a non-functional product.

Hello, I purchased these items twenty months ago, and unfortunately, I have only received five out of my total orders. Despite following up on the remaining orders, I was informed that the issues were related to the seller, shipping, and customs. Now, the undelivered orders have been sent back to the sellers, leaving me in a predicament with no one taking responsibility for the situation. I am unable to open a dispute, and the seller is unresponsive, advising me to refer to the original order details. As of now, I have not received a refund. Is there no management overseeing these matters?

I purchased 2 pairs of shoe insoles on AliExpress on 01/01/[redacted], order number: [redacted][redacted]. The final price was €14 something including shipping. I received them on 12/01, but I didn't even need to open them to see the double fraud of this sale. Supposedly, I bought soft insoles that would guarantee unbeatable cushioning, looking very similar to the well-known Scholl insoles in the ad. However, when I held them in my hand before opening the package, I realized they were basically stone-shaped insoles. Not only was there a fraud in the product, but there was also a violation of intellectual property, as they prominently feature the Scholl brand. I tried several times to return them to AliExpress, but they keep saying that the order number I provided doesn't exist or they claim it's an error when I try to open a dispute. I want a refund for the €14 I paid for these "stones" they sent me instead of the advertised soft insoles, it's clearly fraudulent, not to mention outright theft.

I contacted the seller some time ago, but they closed the dispute immediately, claiming that the item was delivered and advised me to contact the transport company. I followed their advice and contacted the transport company multiple times. They confirmed that they delivered the package they had, and if another item is missing, it's because the seller didn't send it. I have been waiting for a long time, hoping for a delayed delivery, which has not happened. I am a long-time customer of AliExpress and have been satisfied with your services. However, I did not expect this from a seller on your platform. I believe this seller should be expelled for fraudulent behavior to protect AliExpress's reputation. After being a loyal customer for many years, I did not anticipate dealing with such a "SHAMELESS" seller. I encountered an issue with an order where my payment method required verification for potential fraud. The process involved submitting my photo ID, credit card, and bank statement for verification. Despite submitting these photos in an appeal, AliExpress has repeatedly emailed me stating the documents are missing, hindering the progress of my appeal. I have resubmitted the photos multiple times, yet I continue to receive requests for the same photos to be uploaded. The appeal is at a standstill, as the photos I sent are not being acknowledged or accepted. It is crucial for AliExpress to recognize the photos I have provided.

I purchased an African lace for $85.42 from KABA African Store. After facing delays, I contacted the seller who assured me it was on its way. However, upon checking the tracking information later, it showed the item as delivered. The seller advised me to contact the post office. The post office suggested the seller should file a claim for me to receive my refund, but the seller declined, citing inconvenience. They closed the case without further communication. I'm in need of either a refund or the lace I bought. I never signed for the package, and no updates were provided by the post office. Unlike my previous experiences on AliExpress where the post office would notify me of shipment whereabouts, there has been no communication from the seller either. I feel let down and frustrated. I hope AliExpress can intervene and help resolve this matter.

I purchased an EASUN 12v 3000W DC to AC power inverter, which initially worked well but then failed a week later. Despite being past the dispute window, I provided a video of the issue when the seller requested it. After two days, I inquired if the technician had identified the problem but received no response. I have asked about a replacement, refund, and possible solutions but have not heard back yet. Ideally, I would like a replacement unit as I believe the product itself is reliable. If not, a full refund would be satisfactory.

I purchased 5 recessed lamps from a seller advertised as 35W, but received lamps with 12W drivers. After contacting the seller multiple times and providing evidence, the seller admitted the mistake but offered a partial refund that does not cover the price difference. I escalated the issue in a dispute and lost due to insufficient evidence, despite attaching plenty. Despite contacting customer service multiple times, no resolution has been reached, and the seller continues to overcharge for the products. It's frustrating to see the seller getting away with ripping me off without consequences.

Der Verkäufer (JASCO Official Store) hat nicht alle Artikel geliefert, weshalb ein Streitfall entstand. Nachdem ich den Fall gemeldet habe, schlug der Verkäufer vor, entweder einen Teil des Geldes zu erstatten, wenn ich das Radio behalte, oder alles zurückzuschicken, um den gesamten Betrag zurückzuerhalten. Ich entschied mich für Letzteres und erhielt die Rücksendeinformationen. Laut Ihrer Aussage sollte der Verkäufer die Versandkosten erstatten. Allerdings sagt der Verkäufer nun, dass ich die Kosten tragen muss. Könnten Sie mir bitte bei dieser Angelegenheit behilflich sein?

Order ID: [redacted][redacted] from seller RHLLT CNMOBIS Store was for a sensor costing US $29.58, placed on 11/14/21. The parcel arrived on 12/13/21, and the sensor was installed at Bosch Services Diagnoses on 12/15/21 but was found to be faulty. After contacting the seller on 12/15/21 and not receiving a response, a new sensor was promised on 12/18/21. However, no new sensor arrived. After multiple attempts to contact the seller and no resolution, another sensor was ordered from a different seller on 1/19/22. The lack of communication from RHLLT CNMOBIS Store has been frustrating, with requests for a refund being ignored. Assistance in obtaining a refund from the seller is now being sought, as efforts to resolve the issue directly have been unsuccessful.

I purchased three suits on December 8, [redacted], for a wedding. The seller suggested I pay extra for FedEx shipping to receive them quickly within 7-15 days. However, the order arrived 30 days later after the wedding. I informed the seller of the delay and was told to return the suits for a refund. My Roborock Dyad is faulty. The front cleaning roller isn't spinning, and the drive is making loud noises. The drive rotates when I remove the roller, and the roller itself moves smoothly. However, when I put the roller back, the drive gets stuck, making a noisy gearbox sound. There's no dirt blocking the roller's path. The smaller rollers work fine with their separate drive. Even during charging, the front roller won't rotate in the cleaning program. I halted the cleaning to avoid further damage. This issue happened unexpectedly during a routine cleaning process. Dear Sir, I ordered and paid $[redacted].98 for a Laptop from DERE Company. The Order was delayed, so we contacted Correios Carriers. They informed us of a R$[redacted].90 tax charge for delivery. We couldn't afford the extra $[redacted].00, making the Laptop cost $[redacted].00 total. We had to refuse the delivery due to the high tax. I have encountered several issues with returning orders to Switzerland. Initially, I was expecting an SMS to schedule a pickup but never received it because AliExpress did not update my phone number as requested. After attempting to use the return label at the post office, I was informed that it was not recognized. Contacting Swiss Post led to the realization that the label was not theirs and I should contact Asendia (in collaboration with Swiss Post and French Post). Asendia provided unhelpful information and stated they do not offer pickups with the provided code. The confusion continues as I try to navigate the complex situation involving AliExpress, Asendia, and Swiss Post. Despite attempts to clarify with the seller, no resolution has been found. To add to the frustration, the provided address on AliExpress contains asterisks and seems to lead to a farm when searched on Maps. The lack of coherent assistance from AliExpress staff has left me feeling disillusioned with the platform.

Order Concerns: [redacted][redacted] I am experiencing issues with the goods I received, as they are not functioning, and the drive is not being recognized. After filing a complaint with Aliexpress, they agreed to a return. However, the seller has been unresponsive to all my messages and continues to reply with a generic response regarding the logistics involving the magnetic hard disk. The item was supposed to be delivered from France to avoid customs formalities, but it ended up being shipped from the Netherlands. Now, I am being asked to return the item to China at my own expense, which exceeds the item's value. Furthermore, I am expected to place a new order and pay for the item again. As a long-time customer of Aliexpress, I am deeply disappointed with this situation and the lack of buyer protection provided. This experience may lead me to reconsider future purchases from Aliexpress.

I purchased a product from AliExpress, which was delivered not as described. I opened a dispute, and the seller changed the description after I submitted more photos proving this. AliExpress agreed that the item was not as described, and stated that the seller needs to cover the return expenses. In my proposal, I suggested a lower refund amount which the seller accepted. When I asked the seller about how they would handle the return postage, they requested a 5-star rating before arranging the return pick-up. I explained that the return process needed to be resolved prior to any rating. The seller is now insisting that I pay for the return postage, contrary to the original dispute agreement. With only 5 days left to return the item, I am frustrated as I cannot find assistance through the app to address this issue with the dishonest seller.
