Hello, I recently stayed at the Makai Beach Lodge but encountered some issues with my reservation. I was charged incorrectly for my stay, having to pay for an extra night plus VAT and Resort Fee. I originally booked an efficiency room but was not given one until I showed my confirmation. Even then, I was still charged for the extra night. I am requesting a refund of $49. I have my receipts from Makai and the details of my Booking.com reservation. I have been attempting to contact someone for months and endured being on hold for 2.5 hours with nothing but annoying music playing. Despite my efforts, the booking was not canceled, and apparently two separate bookings were made without my knowledge until the hotel informed me. I have been trying to cancel via email since November but do not have any paperwork to provide a booking number. Booking.com claims they are unable to provide any information about my booking or their phone number due to legal reasons, which seems unfair to me.

We were unable to stay at the property because the property manager did not provide us with the condo's room number. I made the booking on 12/14/19 as it showed availability. I attempted to contact the property manager to confirm the room number, but after the first ring, the call went unanswered. I am aware of the full payment policy in case of my mistake, but our inability to stay was due to the manager not responding. I kindly request for this matter to be reviewed. Thank you.

I made a reservation for 4 rooms under transaction ID [redacted]65. Unfortunately, I need to cancel 1 of the rooms due to personal reasons. I kindly request your assistance in canceling only one room promptly. It's essential for both the hotel, which has overbooked, and for us to proceed this way to free up a room for other customers. We are unable to cancel the entire booking, as it may jeopardize our remaining rooms. Thank you for your understanding and help in arranging this cancellation.

Hello, I would like to share an experience I had with a guest who booked a stay from December 12 to 17 for 6 nights. On December 14, the guest checked out early at 6 PM, mentioning that they wanted to cancel the remaining 3 nights of their booking as their daughter would handle it. Later, we received a cancellation form from Agoda stating that they cancelled their stay from December 12 to 17, but they were with us for 3 nights. We are unable to check them out of our system until we receive the cancellation and amended voucher from Agoda, specifying their stay from December 12 to 14 for 3 nights. We kindly request payment for the remaining 3 nights. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

Hi, I made a reservation for 2 round-trip flight tickets from Kathmandu to Perth with travel dates from January 8th to April 6th with Malindo Air. My reference number is MWNMTB. I booked the tickets through a cheap flight app but received a booking ID from agoda.com, which is [redacted]65. Unfortunately, I later discovered that it is a Super Saver ticket, allowing only 7 kg of baggage per person with no meal included. I was not aware of this at the time of booking as it was not clearly mentioned. I have contacted the Malindo Air office and would like to upgrade my tickets. Hello Team, I encountered an issue with my booking. The hotel charged me an additional Rs. [redacted], even though I had already made an online payment. Upon check-in, the hotel receptionist, Mr. Panna Lal Meena (+91 [redacted]), informed me that they do not accept advance bookings. Given the circumstances with my wife and colleague, I had no choice but to pay the hotel directly. I kindly request that you reach out to the hotel to arrange a refund for the extra charge. At 8:44pm, after receiving confirmation from AGODA for a booking, I was surprised to receive an email at 9:16pm stating that the room I wanted was fully booked. I quickly found and booked another hotel. Curious about the situation, I contacted the first hotel confirmed by AGODA and was informed it was also fully booked after 30 minutes. It seems that both hotels are now booked, causing an unintended double booking issue. I possess emails as evidence of AGODA's conflicting information about the room availability. Despite clarifying with the first hotel, they claim it is non-refundable, even given the circumstances. I am requesting a refund from Claremont Hotel due to this major mix-up.

I am unable to receive the authorization form as requested by the hotel I booked, Modena by Fraser Putuo Shanghai. The email stated to provide both sides of my credit card, a copy of my passport, and to fill out the attached authorization form. After making the booking, I tried to contact the hotel but did not receive a response. Due to the high crowd in Pushkar for the "Pushkar Mela" event, my car was unable to reach the city as all vehicles were stopped outside by the police. Despite multiple attempts to reach the hotel and customer care, there was no response until 2:40 AM when the hotel staff finally responded. By that time, we had already checked into another room. We reserved a 2-night stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Milton Keynes for November 8, [redacted]. Due to not receiving confirmation from Agoda, we booked directly with the hotel. Upon arrival, we were informed of a double booking and the Agoda reservation was canceled, but there was a concern about potential double charges. Subsequently, we were indeed charged twice. We kindly request a refund of £[redacted].96 to be processed back to our credit card. If needed, Louise, the senior customer service manager at the hotel, is available to verify the details of the situation.

Upon our arrival at the hotel, there was no record of our booking. The situation took quite some time to resolve. We were put on hold multiple times while the agent tried to fix the issue. Although she mentioned it was resolved, upon check-in, the hotel still did not have our booking. It caused further delays. We had booked a queen room with a view of NYC, but were given a full-size bed with a view of the parking lot. Our experience with your services led to several problems, and we believe we should not be held accountable for the full price we agreed to since the room did not match what was promised. There was a discrepancy between what your services offered and what was actually provided.

I made a booking at Amara Sanctuary on December 27th for my husband's birthday, but sadly, he has a business trip during that time. I made a reservation at Hotel Laman Seri in Section 13, Shah Alam for December 16th, [redacted]. My booking number is [redacted]73. I arrived at the hotel only to find out it is under construction. Agoda has already charged me RM108.32 for the booking. As a student, I would like a refund. It seems inappropriate for Agoda to advertise a hotel under maintenance and charge customers for unconfirmed accommodations.

I accidentally double-booked the Phoenix Park Hotel in Washington for September 10th and September 11th, [redacted]. Booking ID [redacted]61 should be for September 10th, while booking [redacted]77 is intended for September 11th. I encountered issues with the Agoda website during payment which led to the confusion. Originally, I intended to book both nights together but realized only one night was reserved. When attempting to book the second night separately, I mistakenly chose the same date again. Can you please rectify this error for me?
