Hello, I booked a weekend trip to Warnemünde half a month ago with my mum at the Neptun Hotel from December 16th to 18th. Unfortunately, she fell ill yesterday and is not feeling well at all. I am concerned about her health. The issue is we are unable to get a refund for the booking as stated in the form Agoda sent after we made the reservation. Is there a possibility to receive a refund post-cancellation? I am eagerly awaiting your response. Thank you in advance. Catharina T.

I booked with ID [redacted]76. Despite receiving confirmation, I reached out to the property on Agoda but haven't gotten a response. I've emailed and called, but haven't had any luck getting through. I tried contacting them through their Facebook page, where they have a different number listed. When I did speak to someone, they mentioned being busy and didn't provide clear answers. I'm concerned as I don't have the check-in/check-out details I need. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hello, I checked into the hotel yesterday using booking number [redacted]53. Unfortunately, there's a serious issue with stray and barking dogs around the premises. Throughout the night, numerous dogs outside the hotel were continuously barking, leading to a sleepless night. Despite reporting this to the management, no action was taken. As a result, we had to leave the hotel immediately and cut our stay short. We are requesting a refund for the disrupted night and the second night's expenses at another hotel. After discussing with the hotel staff, they directed us to contact you regarding the refund. Booking Number: [redacted]53 Card Number: •••• •••• •••• [redacted] Hello, We checked in at the hotel yesterday, but unfortunately, we encountered a major issue with stray and barking dogs. Throughout the night, there were numerous dogs barking outside the hotel, and the management seemed unable to address the situation. The noise kept us awake all night, prompting us to request an early check-out and a refund for the disrupted stay. We also had to pay for alternate accommodations for the remainder of our planned stay. We did manage to check out of the hotel, however, the staff informed us that any refund would need to be processed through you. Hello, I need assistance with my booking for the night of December 16th to 17th. My reference number is [redacted]19. When I made the reservation, it did not indicate that it was a dormitory, as it was listed as a room. After booking, it now shows a dormitory for 8 people in English. I would like a refund as I do not want to stay in this hotel. I did not receive the €70 discount as mentioned in my Agoda app during purchase. Kindly proceed with refunding the reservation. I have previously booked hotels in Lyon through your site and was very satisfied. Dear Community, I encountered some issues while trying to make two bookings on the Agoda website on Monday (12/12/[redacted]). The first booking with ID [redacted]45 did not go through, and I have sent a cancellation email to [redacted] I am anxiously awaiting the refund for this booking. Subsequently, I attempted to make another booking after the first one failed. Unfortunately, due to a typo, I mistakenly entered [redacted] instead of the correct email address. This second booking was also unsuccessful, but I am unable to provide the booking ID for this transaction as the email address was incorrect. Upon reviewing my debit bank account, I noticed that Agoda has deducted payment for both unsuccessful bookings. I have included supporting details in this correspondence. Despite attempting to resolve the noise concerns in my room, it remained uninhabitable and I had to seek alternative accommodation through Agoda to ensure a restful stay. The constant construction noise starting at 6:30 am and persisting until early morning made it impossible to sleep in your establishment. Despite my efforts to find a suitable solution, I was met with challenges in securing a quieter room. The continuous disruptions not only affected my rest but also impacted my overall experience. I have decided to leave M Garden The Village and kindly request a refund for the remaining nights of my reservation. Hello, I want to address an issue with Agoda. I attempted to book my stay at Hilton with the understanding that I wouldn't be charged until the 18th, allowing for cancellations and breakfast included. However, upon receiving the booking confirmation, I discovered that I was charged immediately and informed that no refund would be issued, without breakfast included. This feels deceptive to customers, and I hope for a prompt response to rectify this situation.

I am seeking a refund for a flight that was not booked but my money was deducted. I've had difficulty contacting Agoda, as my attempts to reach them online have been unsuccessful. Despite receiving an email notification stating the booking was not completed, I have not received the refund on my card. I also received a booking confirmation from Bravoflight for a Cebu Pacific flight, but it does not appear to be registered on the airline's website. Both Agoda and the airline's websites do not provide a way to contact customer support. After trying to book another flight following Agoda's cancellation email, I encountered the same issue with the booking. I am concerned about the charges and unsure if I will be charged for the second booking. This situation has caused a significant financial burden for me.

Hello, I would like to make three complaints. Firstly, reservation number [redacted]9 was for a room selected for Friday to Saturday, but it was a dormitory with only one bed available, and canceling was not an option even though I had selected a room with the ability to cancel. I would never choose a dormitory! Regarding the reservation, I booked a room at Hotel F1 Porte de Chatillon and due to my dissatisfaction with the misleading offer, I booked the same hotel on the same day. However, there was confusion with the booking dates and prices. Instead of the expected 35 euros for the initial reservation at Hotel F1 Porte de Chatillon, I was charged exorbitant prices for multiple rooms and a night from Sunday to Monday which I did not select. I am requesting a refund for these reservations. An offer for a €70 coupon was suggested, but it disappeared when I tried to proceed with the payment. I had initially booked through your site, was happy, but now I have no money and incorrect bookings. This situation is unacceptable. Thank you.

Hello, this is Katherine I. I need to cancel my reservation at the Zuri Hotel. Upon my arrival, I discovered there was a double booking. Initially, I tried booking through Agoda, but encountered an error. So, I made another reservation, which was successful with a payment through Atome and a confirmed booking. However, my first attempt did not receive any confirmation. At check-in, the front desk mentioned two bookings under my name, but I only have one confirmed booking with Payment ID [redacted]2 via Atome. I do not wish to be charged twice. Kindly cancel the duplicate booking. Thank you.

I made a reservation for 4 rooms at a Bermuda hotel through Agoda. The rate originally advertised was $[redacted] per room, per night, but after receiving the confirmation, I noticed I was being charged over $[redacted] per room, per night. I reserved for 4 couples, totaling 8 people, but it shows 16 people on the reservation, which may be causing the issue. Despite contacting customer service, the error has not been rectified. I was asked twice to provide a screenshot of the website on the booking day, which is frustrating. I believe it should not be my responsibility to prove the advertised price is different. I simply want the rooms at the price originally displayed on their website.

Hello, a few weeks ago I attempted to reserve a hotel room for myself and a companion. Regrettably, I encountered a payment issue which led to my booking being cancelled. Subsequently, my friend made the reservation on my behalf, which was successfully completed. Nonetheless, I observed a charge on my bank statement from Agoda three days ago for a room I did not book. Hello Agoda team, I believe there might be a misunderstanding regarding my resort booking. The booking number is [redacted]11. My wife and I, Walter Schmitz, checked in on January 18, [redacted]. We were supposed to have a free shuttle service from Phuket Airport to Ao Po Grand Marina (roundtrip). However, Senior Reservation Officer Mr. Worrawoot Pinitkarn informed us that we only have a roundtrip speedboat transfer included, and the shuttle service is only available when booking directly through their website. I was looking for the DoubleTree Hotel in London and found a booking site. I phoned and reserved three rooms for December 9th, adding an extra night for one. Surprisingly, although both the hotel and I are in Canada, I was billed in US dollars on my credit card. When I questioned the hotel about the charge on my wife's card, they indicated that I made the reservation through Agoda travel agency. However, I have been unsuccessful in reaching Agoda as the provided number seems to be out of service.
