Unfortunately, while attempting to make a reservation, a pop-up appeared indicating that the room had just been reserved, preventing me from completing the transaction. It seems there was a system error causing the booking page not to update or refresh properly. Due to this issue, I was unable to confirm my reservation, prompting me to request a refund. There appears to have been a misunderstanding when trying to pay for a selected room. After attempting the initial payment, it was stated as impossible, and there was no confirmation of the booking. A suggestion to pay again appeared, but the room was no longer available. After choosing a different room and making the payment, the booking was successful with all details provided. The cardholder's name discrepancy was noted due to the difference in the passport and the card. What happened to the first payment, the lack of booking completion details, and the next steps are what I am uncertain about. Could you please advise on this situation? Thank you.

I arrived at the hotel at 1:15 am, but unfortunately, I couldn't check in. I called multiple times and even pressed the hotel button, but no one answered. I waited and tried to reach the receptionist, but didn't get a response. Despite knocking on the door repeatedly, there was no one to assist me. Feeling extremely tired by 2 am, I had to find another hotel. Now, I need help with getting a refund for the inconvenience. I have proof of my unsuccessful check-in, including photos and videos to support my claim.

I made a booking with Agoda, and I received an email with the wrong dates. When I asked them to correct it to the right dates, they said they couldn't. They mentioned they would attempt to cancel the booking, which would take 24 to 48 hours. I've been trying to resolve this for three days now. All I wanted was to have the dates corrected. I called multiple times, and each time they said they would email me once they contacted the hotel. However, I found it easier to get a prompt response by calling the hotel directly.

On December 11, [redacted], I made a reservation at Hotel Star Moon in Malacca, Malaysia for a stay from December 19 to December 20, [redacted]. I completed the payment using online banking. Unfortunately, there was an error in the Agoda app, and my booking did not appear even though the payment was deducted from my bank account. I waited for a few hours, but the booking still did not show up on the app. I contacted the hotel directly to check if my name was listed as a guest, but they had no record of my booking. Hello, I made a reservation for a one-night stay at The Royal Paradise Hotel & Spa Phuket (SHA Plus+) for January 2nd to 3rd, paying THB 2,[redacted].53 through KBank PayPLUS. Following the payment, I received a payment slip (please find it attached). Shortly after, the Agoda App canceled my booking. We reserved a hotel room specifically for the pool, which is currently closed without any prior notice on your website. This has been very disappointing for us. We have discussed the issue with the manager, who mentioned inconsistencies in your website's information. We are considering cutting our vacation short due to this inconvenience. A refund for our stay is requested.

Hello, I recently made a hotel reservation through Agoda. However, I received an email a week before my trip informing me that due to renovations, the hotel could not accommodate me and offered a room in a sister hotel instead. A few days earlier, I had requested to add an extra day to my booking due to a flight cancellation, and I wasn't informed about the situation either. The replacement hotel provided a subpar breakfast for a supposed 4-star establishment, with limited options like cold croissants and hard plum cake. The room was passable but not what I expected, especially with an impractical bidet placement in the bathroom. While the staff was friendly, I am disappointed that Agoda listed a hotel that was unable to accommodate guests without timely notification. It's frustrating and feels unfair.

I made a booking at Silver Wave Resort through Agoda with booking ID [redacted]61 under the name Nishit V. Initially, Agoda prompted me to pay at the hotel, but later the hotel sent me a payment link, which I used for payment. However, upon arrival, the hotel informed me that my booking was canceled, ruining my anniversary plans. I am disappointed with Agoda's handling of the situation and seek clarification on why my payment was confirmed, yet my booking was still canceled. I urgently need this issue resolved. My wife is scheduled for open heart surgery in Jacksonville in two days, and we are now without a room or funds due to a payment mix-up with Agoda. Despite having made a reservation for the 13th-16th at Extended Stay on Lenoir Ave, I was erroneously charged for the Scottish Inn on December 12th-13th, a place I checked out of at 7 am on the 12th. The charges have left us in a difficult situation financially and without accommodations. I have been repeatedly charged varying amounts by different entities, causing confusion and financial strain. I am in desperate need to speak with someone promptly to rectify this before resorting to extreme measures. Agoda mistakenly provided my debit card information to the wrong motel and improperly authorized payments. The cost discrepancy for the single night stay is exorbitant compared to the total for the three-night reservation. This needs immediate attention as my wife's surgery date is approaching rapidly, and we cannot afford further complications.

I attempted to book a flight on Agoda from Kochi to Goa with a return on the 12th of December [redacted] (for bookings on the 21st and 25th of December). After spending 1-2 minutes on the booking, a message appeared saying the booking could not be confirmed. I did not receive a booking ID, but my debit card was charged INR [redacted]. I made an initial payment for my booking on Agoda, but it didn't go through. I contacted the hotel to settle my booking, as they mentioned this has been a common problem with Agoda. I keep receiving emails from Agoda requesting finalization of the payment, with a warning that my reservation might be canceled soon. I don't want to end up paying twice. I am puzzled because the hotel has already collected my information to process the payment that Agoda couldn't complete efficiently.

I am unable to check in at the hotel I booked. The owner did not allow me to check in, despite making the booking around 10 pm with a remark for late check-in. Upon arrival, I was not permitted to check in. The owner was very rude when I called to inform them of my arrival and my intention to check in, stating that I had not informed the hotel and that they had issues with Agoda, which should not concern the guest. I am requesting a refund for this unpleasant experience. My booking number is [redacted]09. I am very disappointed as this has never happened to me before. I recently stayed at a Microtel in Middleton, NY from Dec 11 to Dec 12, and it was the worst lodging experience I have ever had. The room I initially received had issues with the door not opening, loud neighbors, an unclean bed, and lack of proper amenities. The staff, including a young woman and her boyfriend in the lobby, were unprofessional. Despite my complaints, the desk clerk was unhelpful and indifferent to the disturbances happening on the premises. The overall experience was uncomfortable and unsettling. The breakfast only consisted of bagels and a few items, far from satisfactory. Upon check-out, I learned that the desk clerk's mother was the manager, who showed little concern for my complaints. I am requesting a refund given the poor conditions I endured during my stay. I would appreciate guidance on how to formally address my grievances with the hotel management. I made a reservation with the "pay at the hotel" option, but despite not intending to use my credit card, I provided it for booking guarantee. To my surprise, they charged the card and the confirmation mentioned payment would be processed on the same day. Unfortunately, my card was already at its limit, assuming it wouldn't be charged upfront. Subsequently, I received an email indicating non-receipt of payment, causing an issue as my account is now in the negative.

I canceled my reservation for three nights at the modern hostel on 54th Street in Los Angeles. Originally booked for six nights but checked out on Friday morning. My stay was from November 8th to 15th, but I was not there from Friday night until Monday morning. I provided a different email address and card number now. The old email was [redacted], and the new one is [redacted] The old debit card that ended in [redacted] is no longer in use.
